My host was super nice decent person who was easy to contact and very helpful,

Great host. Very on top of things.

Made it very easy to find a place to store my vehicle for a few months.

I paid for a space withJovahn and he canceled me and I only got half my money back. They kept the other half I complained and nobody called me back but being able to find places to park is fairly easy with them.

Super easy to find a spot for my boat and the interaction with host was seamless.

It is an excellent platform for helping the community in general. A friend in need is a friend indeed.

I am trying to return a Temu package.
Shouldn't this be simple?
My Temu return label told me to go on the Neighbour Express website to find the dropoff locations nearest to me.
On this website I was provided with a horrible little map with 3 spots. When clicked these spots revealed merely the address of the 3 nearest dropoff points. No business name, no contacts, phone or email!!!
Unbelievable to the n'th degree!!!
I tried to stay calm... did some yoga and deep breathing.
Then I looked up these addresses on Google maps. These addresses were in the suburbs. No businesses around. Go figure!!
Called Neighbour Express central office in Toronto repeatedly but was immediately cut off on each attempt. Took a blood pressure pill.
I tried calling some post offices near me.
None of them accept Neighbour Express dropoffs. I learned online that some Staples accept Neighbour Express dropoffs, but not all. Nobody knows which Staples do accept Neighbour Express dropoffs. This sacred information must be etched on a golden tablet, unavaliable to common mortals...
I must confess that that I am truly impressed to have found a company so intent on driving itself so thoroughly into the ground. Congratulations Neighbour Express for such spectacular incompetence!!!

Accommodating and gracious host!

the space was exactly as advertised and everything went smoothly. The area was a nice neighborhood and i didn’t have any problems.

If I could I'd leave a 0 star review. I have never received any of my packages when neighbour Express gets ahold of them. They don't answer their customer service and it always comes up as a Ghost delivery ( delivery attempted) when no delivery was attempted. I suspect packages are being stolen by this company. Super fishy needs to be investigated and shut down. I will be blocking this service from all of my apps. Very displeased and will be filing a report to the credit bureau. I encourage others to do this too if the same thing has happened to your package.

Neighbor was informative, clear, and worked with me on needing a shorter term rental and transactions were very smooth.

Nichias was a blessing and helped us out with parking our vehicle on short notice. He is very kind and very accommodating. Nichias was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. His excellent personal skills made this process easy. He even came out to meet us, in the late evening. The parking spot is spacious and easy to access. The space is in quiet private area with easy access to main road. The spot is conveniently and centrally located. I HIGHLY recommend this host and parking space for a vehicle, RV, truck or boat!

I am a landlord. I have not been paid in nearly 4 months. My tenant has paid, but the funds have not been forwarded to me. I have placed several phone calls and have written numerous emails. Their response is that engineering is working on the issue. I have asked them to pay me while they are working the issue, but still nothing. There are other companies out there who could manage this for you. I would caution you or to use this company

When I was looking for a place to store my trailer more than two years ago, my first option fell through before it even started. The company promptly contacted me with an alternative that I liked even better. I’m very happy how they came through for me.

The property owners were very flexible, nice, and customer friendly. I felt great comfort in knowing for well over a year my rv was safe and securely stored on the gated property.

Viktor in Pascow, WA offered safe and secure parking with a great price to store our vehicle for the month we were gone. It was about 5 miles from the airport so we took a Lyft to and from. Airport parking was simply unaffordable.

Bait and switch tactics with HORRIBLE customer service.

I opened an account while exploring options to store a vehicle while I was travelling. Over the course of about two weeks I received more than 10 emails and an equal number of phone calls and texts asking me if I needed help. I understand the first few but after no resposne why keep calling.
