Marketing For My Small Business - NP is a great fit!

Approaching a marketing company for help when your business is small and starting out can be daunting. From the moment I heard from Jacob, I felt like I was with a company that knew me and was going to be taken care of, sincerely. I didn't feel like it was all about my dollars, it felt like it was about ME and my company! I am so thankful to have found this company!

Grateful for the Insights

About five years ago, I didn't know too much about SEO. While I may be a small potato freelancer, Neil's emails, webinars, and tools have been invaluable to me at various points. I'm not currently focused on SEO these days, but I still read his emails to stay up-to-date. Plus, if and when that changes, I'll be grateful to see Neil's name in my overcrowded inbox! Expert SEO advice for free

Neil offers all sorts of free educational materials for SEO etc. As a small company of one, I appreciate his willingness to share for free! I have gone from “what’s SEO” to a blog that’s gradually adding new subscribers and getting more hits. So much to learn but Neil is a great teacher.

I invested in this service for several…

I invested in this service for several months, hoping to see measurable results, but unfortunately, it was a letdown. While the team is professional and delivers great presentations during meetings, I didn’t see any significant improvement in my search rankings.

This experience felt like a waste of money, especially for a small business that relies on effective marketing. Save your money and look for alternatives that can deliver results.

I hired this company for SEO…

I hired this company for SEO optimization of my site, but the promises they made before signing up quickly disappeared. I ended up terminating the contract without seeing any benefits. I wish I had read the other reviews on Trustpilot beforehand.

Highly unscrupulous company

Highly unscrupulous company. We signed a 6 month contract which we both thought was $1000 a month for managing Google ads account for our new business, but Buried in the fine print of their contract is that they charge you a lot of extra $$$ if you spend more than $1k per month on Google ads. They claim they do all this extra work when you spend more than this but this is a lie. Why would they charge you more $$$ for upping your ad budget which is one click?
They claimed they have to create new ad campaigns and new keywords but I checked and none of this was ever done. All they did was set it and forget it and fleece us. I could have done a better job managing our ads myself for free. Management is crap and doesn't care...all they do is hide behind their dirty contract. Despite having extremely low conversion rates, they won't waive these extra fees. Tara Sullivan was the supposed overall manager and just makes excuses and hides behind their egregiously unscrupulous contract as opposed to actually trying to make her customers happy. Horrible management...avoid like the plague. Literally nothing they did was technically difficult. Not worth the $$$

I spent $2975 per month for 6 months…

I spent $2975 per month for 6 months and didn't see measurable results. Their team has meetings with you and delivers great presentations but they couldn't get me to rank even top 20. Its a waste of money that can ruin a small business. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

As an update, I emailed the email in the reply and the message came back as blocked undeliverable.

Great level of knowledge and experience

A very easy-to-understand description of services that will be provided. Our team hired Patel Group for SEO…

Our team hired Patel Group for SEO work. We paid them substantial amount of money, and our rankings actually went down. They have a bunch of neophytes working for them who have no clue how SEO works. Find someone else, or another agency that has a real proven track record. These folks certainly don't.
