Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. The shop assistant was rude and abrupt and when I escalated this, I was asked to leave the store before making my purchase. The pair of staff in the shop appeared to be a couple and not willing to have an objective view on the matter

Got my lovely Koi Carp Fabric! Easy to order, arrived very quickly, beautifully packaged, via courier. Fabric was much cheaper than other online sellers and delivery was cheaper too. I shall definitely be ordering more from Neal's. I would recommend without reservation!

Wonderful website
I have been watching Facebook posts from Neil's Fabrics for a while as they have excellent prices but was unable to get to Milton Keynes to buy. Thankfully they now have a website so I placed an order, the fabric was delivered quickly, and was as described with the colours true to the photos on the website.
I am looking forward to seeing the variety of fabric increasing on the website as time goes on. This was my first order but certainly won't be my last.
