Great experience
Just as company is saying, it’s not a beer it’s an experience! Beginning from opening a box to tasting delicious coconut beer. I’ve poured mine into coconut cup and lit the candle to fully immerse myself into it. It feels like you’re somewhere on the Bahamas! Very relaxing.

I don’t usually like to drink beer but…
I don’t usually like to drink beer but recently I tried something new and I love them, I think it’s amazing the fact that I can actually drink beer without having to be scared of the bitter taste in your mouth. I quite like how these beers are different and nothing like I tasted before, I would definitely buy again.

Excellent customer service
I purchased the Taster Pack as a gift. Sadly, despite clear package labelling ("fragile"), the lovely people at Hermes decided to lob the box over my fence breaking most of the contents. However, Neitiv were so quick to make up for Hermes' mistake, speedily replacing the box and offering compensation. On top of that, the receiver of the gift LOVED the beers, very refreshing! I'm sure she'll be back for more, as will I courtesy of their excellent customer service

The Perfect Vegan Gift Package for all Eco-Warriors!
My parcel arrived on time and don't exaggerate when I say I was bowled over by the beauty of this product. Opening it alone was a pure delight! The packaging was beautiful and included a thoughtful mandala colouring card. I wasn't expecting a coconut shell candle either- simply charming. I'm usually a spirit drinker but this beer is very light and enjoyable to drink on a hot day. And bonus, only 28 calories per bottle!
Also, I actively avoid plastic packaging at all costs so was very pleased to see the bottles and packing are eco-friendly and recyclable. Very, very impressed overall, I'm looking forward to seeing what other products neitiv come out with in the future.

Neitiv's beers were absolutely delicious. Along with the beers in my taster pack I received a beautiful coconut candle, made from coconut shell, and also a beautiful chalice made from coconut sheep too. A little mandala colouring page was sneaked into the package which was lovely to find and relaxing to do. I really appreciate the company is ethical, sustainable and vegan as I'm vegan myself. Neitiv is a game changing experience
Today, my grandson Connor ,introduced me to Neitiv beer, wow! what an experience! the beer was a smooth light weight beer and very refreshing, no bitter after taste which some beer leave you with. I was also impressed with the beer's packaging, a light aluminium can shaped like a bottle, which reflected the contents it carried inside, it was tactile, light to carried round or just hold, to be honest it felt like I was drinking a very expensive beer in a champagne glass. thank you Neitiv for creating a wonderful experience both through taste and touch, a new customer for sure

A non lager/beer drinker converted...
I don't usually drink lager or beer, but my son got me a set to try, and I loved it.
I loved how it was packed, how it was presented, how the bottles are made from aluminium, the nostalgia of ring pull lids, the Coconut cup and the wonderful scented Coconut candle.
I love the ethos too, everything being used ie the Coconut, as well as everything is recyclable.
The taste of the drink itself, is refreshing, light and sweet, which is a great contrast to the sharpness of other lagers/beers.
You have converted this girl to drink them more often and will definitely buy them again (or get my son to buy them for me more often!)

Hi Matthew, Sorry to hear your experience but we can assure you it was not our fault. We sent you a shipping confirmation email on the 2nd of June and it had the DPD tracking information. We tried to contact you multiple times as the parcel was waiting for you at your nominated pickup shop but you did not respond. You ignored DPD's emails as well. However, we have refunded you the full cost+delivery and sent you a new parcel through another delivery provider free of charge. According to our system you have received the parcel. Despite this being none of our fault, we have done our best to ensure you received our product.
