Product quality is very cheap, support teams claims "there will be defects is colour, design and printing of pop figures as they are fakes, even the replacements would have some defect".
For reference the skin colour of the pop figure was yellow and not appearing on the site.
Neither the support mail ID works not does the official email ID, only contact mode is phone(number is listed on site).

It is better to spend a bit more but get the original.

I got a 6 pice figure set and they are actually pretty good and that was the product I was worried might be not so good. On the other Hand POP being a pretty widely available brand was not worried about it. To my surprise the 2 POPs I ordered are fake the box is flimsy, the eyes are not even buttons they are just painted, feel cheap to hold. One glance and it was clear. It was about 1k so I did not bother reaching out to them and starting a conversation. Not worth the time. Well this sucks but the set was great so not all bad. So if you plan on getting POP do not but the other you can go for it.

Well actually their figurines are so good as shown in website…..Only one draw back is delivery time took 6-7 days other than that good👍

I purchased 2 sets from Nekoo and I loved it 😍 also what I loved it is customer helpline they heard you and do the right things. I found everything best in my first purchase hoping for the best for future engagements......

The gojo figure was so cute. Rengoku looks awesome but his head is not fixed well. Except that great delivery service and love the product
