Insensitive

My elderly, widowed mother received a unsolicited call from NELFT, just 72 hours after my father died, demanding return of medical equipment. She was understandably distressed by this.

The complete and total insensitivity of NELFT is breathtaking, shocking and disgraceful.

Whatever insensitive, uncaring, cruel manager authorised this call to a very recently bereaved woman should be dismissed.

Moreover, my father paid a fortune in NI, yet when he broke his leg 3 years ago was treated with disdain because he was elderly.

Yet again, the NHS demonstrated just what a callous, uncaring and rotten organisation it really is.
