I have web hosting account and for 4 months I didn't have any issuess,great perfomance and uptime.Support sistem is excellent,they provide support through 3 level support sistem,1st is standard ticket support ,2nd is live chat support from every page and 3th is phone/sms support.

They offer very good service and for us most important complete service offer.yes it is true they have very good and warm support with fast response and we use mostly SMS support which is quite refreshing on market,just type your username-email problem and that is it.
When we look for provider we needed flexibile provider who will offer even unusal plans sometimes and we find nelsahost best for this,they don't hestiate to make custom plan and invoice just for Us even in midle of the night.And most important they DON'T implement auto suspend future,so even if you didn't set auto payment and forget to pay you donćt need to worry because they will not suspend you before they contact you.
