Poor customer service
Finally received a resolution and reimbursement on a case of theft after many months. It took repeated calls and mails to customer service with no contact from Nem Forsikring's side before the case was finally resolved. Compared with other insurance companies with which I have dealt and heard anecdotes about, this was one of the most ardous experiences considering the small claim amount.
