Nemo organised a great trip to northern India for us at relatively short notice and the planning and execution were excellent. Good value too. The booking team were very knowledgeable and had some good tips. All the information was on the Vamoos app which was useful during the trip. We would highly recommend.

From start to end Nemo were fantastic. We trusted them with our honeymoon and they exceeded all of our expectations. The trip was seamless and felt so special. The best 2 weeks of our lives. Emma and the operations team were so patient and went above and beyond to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted from the trip. The hotels we stayed at were the best we've ever stayed, and all the food and trip recommendations were perfection. Nemo took all the stress out of, not only planning, but also the execution of the holiday. I could relax from the second we landed in South Africa, to the second we got home, everything kept getting better and I could actually get excited about the holiday instead of worrying about the logistics of it all. We could not recommend Nemo enough.

Incredible from start to finish! Would highly recommend them as a company. On the pricy side but they don’t leave anything unturned and do absolutely all of the ground work. We used it for our honeymoon and it was everything we hoped and more.

We had the best honeymoon in Indonesia planned by Nemo. From the planning, to changes, to on the ground, their team and local partners provided amazing service. The hotels they selected were quiet luxury mixed with activities of adventure, culture, and relaxation. We would never have found some of the hotels they picked that were amazing. You won’t be staying at big name hotels and we loved that, but you’ll be getting a luxurious and more boutiquey experience. On the trip, we were so pleasantly surprised to have a private local guide and driver take us around everywhere that was coordinated by Nemo. When we wanted to make changes to the itinerary or add in special things like dinners or massages, they quickly coordinated it all for us. The app they use once you’re on the trip was so easy to use and well organized which made it so easy to know what your plan was for the day, what to pack, etc. we had the best experience with our Nemo honeymoon and would 100% recommend using them. We will definitely be using them again.

Me and my partner were recommended Nemo by our friends who had booked their honeymoon through them. We could not have had a better experience! Josh and the team are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and really took the time to get to know us and understand what we wanted from our holiday. They went above and beyond to find us our ideal accommodation and experiences. They also made a trip of a lifetime happen within about 10 weeks of us approaching them which we didn’t think would be possible. We definitely recommend using Nemo and will 100% be using them again ourselves in hopefully the not too distant future!

Nemo were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. They took time to understand exactly what we wanted and really nailed it in terms of accommodation, activities and logistics. The support throughout was seamless and professional and the additional touches like champagne and massages made the whole thing very special. I’d highly recommend Nemo to anyone planning a trip.

We were really sceptical about “needing” to use a travel agent before booking our honeymoon, but in all honesty, I think we’ll find it hard not to use Nemo for holidays going forward.

It was an absolutely seamless experience from beginning to end for our trip to South Africa and Mauritius. Having been on safari before, I had very high expectations and specific requests to balance with a tight budget and school holiday dates. From the get-go, Christabelle made the whole experience feel incredibly easy and personal.

Nothing ever felt like too much of an ask, and the team were especially responsive and accommodating when we needed to move our trip by a few days.

We really felt our budget was well spent, and the memories we’ve come back with have exceeded all expectations. Could not recommend them enough!

August/September 2025 Honeymoon of our dreams! Nemo Travel really excelled themselves with this one, absolutely everything was perfect and it really was the trip of a lifetime. We also used the honeymoon funding through the website for our guests which allowed them to view our itinerary without any hidden costs.

We visited various parts of Kenya and Tanzania, the logistics for us was far too complex to even consider doing it ourselves. Every single part of our trip was taken care of, wee had absolutely no issues and floated through our safari & beach dream from start to finish with complete ease. We met the most amazing people on route and I am so thankful to this team for making this trip so special. We had our completely itinerary located in their handy app along with all travel documents, Nemo also supported us with visa issues when we were having some travel navigating the website and sent reminders to ensure that everything was up to date before our travels. We would use Nemo time and time again after our experience. Thank you all for making our trip the best for us yet!

They were great from start to finish. Really listened to our requests and put together a really brilliant trip within our desired budget - impressed they worked to that as opposed to immediately going to the max budget. Would absolutely use them again.

We had an incredible experience working with Nemo for our trip to Colombia in March 2026. From the very beginning, they stood out compared to other agencies we considered—offering something more boutique, personalized, and tailored to a younger couple like us rather than a traditional, one-size-fits-all itinerary.

I will say, we were initially a bit unsure since Nemo is UK-based and we are American, and there weren’t a ton of reviews from U.S. travelers at the time. That said, everything was absolutely perfect and we had zero concerns in the end—it exceeded our expectations.

The planning process was seamless. After an initial call with our travel expert, Eliza, we received a thoughtful proposal with flexible options to customize, upgrade, or swap experiences based on our preferences. Communication was consistently fast and responsive—not just during planning, but throughout the trip as well, with 24-hour support on the ground and an easy-to-use app that kept us connected to their team.

Every detail of the trip felt special. The hotels were all boutique properties with exceptional service, and many of our rooms (or bungalows) even had private pools, which made the experience feel incredibly elevated. All of our excursions were private and we had fantastic English-speaking guides who made each experience smooth and enjoyable.

Logistically, everything ran flawlessly. All transfers were private, drivers were prompt (often early), and it was always clear who they were and who they were picking up. Nemo also coordinated our domestic flights, making the entire journey stress-free from start to finish.

One thing we especially appreciated was how helpful and reassuring the team was when we had questions about safety leading up to the trip. Given some regional concerns, they took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, which made us feel confident and excited heading into the trip.

Overall, our experience can best be described as personalized, private, and luxurious.

We would absolutely use Nemo again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless, elevated, and thoughtfully curated travel experience.

FLAWLESS! Nemo were so fantastic I honestly began to worry they might be a scam, but NO, they really are the wonderful! The team thought of every single detail, answered all of my 5615656515 questions and made our honeymoon nothing shy of perfection!

Support throughout our trip was excellent couple minor issues fixed quickly without any hassle. The organisation and details from Nemo were superb we felt safe all was in control from start to finish. My friend and I travelled to Sri Lanka and Nemo did a great job talking us through possible itineraries and places to stay and putting together a lovely 12 day trip. Great hotels, all small and just what we wanted but definitely need to plan ahead as many of these properties are small. All hotels, from the "smartest" to the smallest were fantastic and our drive/guide was excellent. For a trip like this thoroughly recommend having the expertise and support from a great customer service business and Nemo really did a great job

Booking with Nemo is worth it for planning a trip of a lifetime. We went to Kenya for our honeymoon and they got it so right at every point. We loved it. We were wondering if it was worth using an agent v. booking ourselves - for a trip like this with logistics, safety and relaxation as top priority it was money well spent and we'd do it again.

We are very grateful for their support across the pre-booking and trip, including helping us navigate getting stuck due to an air traffic strike in Nairobi. Would use Nemo again for a big trip with multiple parts, off the beaten track. Travel experts are very knowledgeable but you need to act quickly as we ended up losing a few accommodations we wanted.
