Was looking for a particular vape pod kit to try and came across Nemohomes. Ordered twice within a few days and very happy with the service. Great prices, free delivery, and given two bottles of nice cool menthol juice for free too! Highly recommend!

2 out of 3 products...
I have not had any luck on this website. 2 out of 3 products I’ve got from here have broken. The first one literally came broken, but the company decided to blame me at first, and when I finally got some sort of help, it wasn’t understood that because I’m bed ridden, and it doesn’t work, and I cannot “video myself putting it into a letterbox” as I was told to do because I am literally bed bound and have not long been home from a long time in hospital. The second I used 3 times and it just stopped working.
I have to rely on buying things online with a disability pay which isn’t a lot, and I have spent around £69 worth of products on the website, and £45 of that has gone down the drain so I’m very skeptical of purchasing anymore.
So if I did decide to buy the product I use one more time and it’s a good product that works i will happily amend this review as a 1 star review to a 5 star review. But it’s something I’ll have to think about because I cannot throw away anymore money.

The iqos device is not refurbished. It’s brand new. I can recommend the iluma one device. The iluma one device doesn’t have the blade which hasn’t worked for you on 2 Iqos duo devices. Sorry we can’t replace the item without the faulty item returned as you mentioned the first device blade broken before it was used which we have to confirm on our end before we issue a replacement
Great company to do business with.
Received my new IQOS product bang on time, and at a great price. Many thanks to this company, which is so professionally run.
