Ordered an Easter gift via the website and asked for it to be sent direct to my sister - with no prices and a little note. My request was kindly obliged!

However at Easter my sister sent me a picture of the item and it was the wrong thing. I contacted Nenette by email and despite some technical issues (you may need to resend!), she called me back to apologise and has - at her own cost - resent the correct item.

How a company handles making mistakes and how they respond is very telling as to the level of care and courtesy. I cannot fault the service received and I'm told the white chocolate "is to die for"! Highly recommended.

Kept informed throughout ordering process. Third time I've ordered from this company. Chocolates absolutely delicious.

I love Nenette"s chocolates - my favourite truffle flavour is gooseberry fool, it's fantastic! The easter selection I really good - a ruby chocolate egg - can't wait to try a bit. I ordered on Saturday evening and they arrived today, well wrapped so no damage to the eggs.

Gorgeous chocolates, I have received and ordered these for friends and family several times and they are always delivered quickly and very good quality.

I always get extremely high quality chocolates for special occasions from Nenette. Both my wife and my mum are very lucky to receive these!

I received some of Nanette's chocolates for Christmas and they were delicious! So much so I needed an 80th birthday present for a special lady and so bought some of Nanette's chocolates for her, which she absolutely loved!

The service was prompt and friendly. These chocolates are very special and made ideal extra gifts for my family at Christmas.

I ordered a large box of the Tipsy Truffle selection for myself, to see me through Christmas and New Year. I much prefer small amounts of special chocolates to large amounts of everyday chocolate and this selection didn't disappoint! Every one of them was absolutely gorgeous!!!!! It did work out rather expensive as I had them posted, but perhaps next time, (Covid shielding permitting), I will be able to collect my order from a stockists instead as we live in Leicestershire.

These chocolates have to be tasted to be believed. So much nicer than any of the so called luxury brands on the market. Always arrive in a timely fashion having been beautifully made and packed. So lovely for presents, but even nicer as a special treat to me, just because I can:) Absolutely dreamy! Please do try them.
