To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

If you want to avoid troubles, simply avoid shopping on this webshop.

In my case, I recieved correct product and product is fulfilling needs, for now.
Transportation was good and quick, as agreed on.
I was also signed-up automatically for subscription. (Unfair, but that is how they do it). I recevied misleading emails from them. Saying that I have 14 days for free. The same goes with information provided under the section "Subscription". Of course, this information provided was incorrect. After seven days, reserved payment for subscription from this company appeared on my bank account. I sent my proofs to them. Customer service replied that it is their mistake and they are not going to do anything about refunding my subscription money.
Customer service is very very and very bad. Unprofesional, I felt like I am texting with teenager. They called me in totally another name on Facebook. They are not reachable on the phone number listed on their website and emails.
I had to blocked my card due to them.
All in all, thank you Nenista for being here and bringing addiotional troubles into the life.
