They don't accept European SF years. But they can't even ask normally they just tell me to insure somewhere else.

We have absolutely positive experience…

We have absolutely positive experience with Neodigital. We had a "Hundehalterhaftpflicht" for a couple of month. Our dog unexpectedly passed away unfortunately. Everything went 100% online and it was quick from the start to the end. We got an empathy email with details and we got the extra money in a week back. If we need other insurance in the future I will definitely check them firstly.

No response zero star

There is no response from the company.
It's been more than 2 months since I claimed for insurance. There has been ZERO response from the company and I still haven't been able to claim anything. There are perfect to deduct money from my account.

We had a case, the initial response was quick, but there were additional costs, which took forever to get reimbursed for

Nobody answers my messages

Changed to Neodigital on the 1st of October via Check24. The next day I sent a message asking for information regarding some additional services. 22 days later, I have not gotten any reply.

This does not leave a good impression and makes me uneasy. I wonder if it was a good idea to switch to Neodigital. I will consider which options I have.
