The company give the impression that they trade in the UK and the goods are despatched from a UK warehouse in 2/3 days, WRONG!! Their shoddy Chinese junk is shipped directly from China and took 10 days, I paid £29.99 for a tyre inflator and after fully charging it the only feature that worked was the light and the next day every feature was dead so I asked to return it for a full refund and they send you reams of legal jargon and to cap it all returns have to be shipped off to the USA , a total rip off scam company, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM SITE.

I purchased the windscreen cleaner only to be the bearer of its contents. Clearly a defective product and container. Three times I have tried to contact the company and three times ignored. I wish I had seen these reviews before buying. Yet again another company that is misleading customers. TRUSTPILOT state that they are misusing information on their site. They claim 5star reviews. This is not the case.
Beware do not be fooled by their defective products.

Don't buy anything!!

After seeing an ad on Instagram I bought what seemed a good sturdy car vacuum from Neova UK. Following several e-mails offering further discounts and stating it was being dispatched by Royal Mail, it arrived via Evri. The vacuum was much smaller, weaker and noisier than promised. Plus no instructions or promised additional gift.
Looking into returning as per their 30 day trial promise. There is a convoluted return process including sending to an address in Switzerland at my own cost! I am in the process of taking further but for information -
1. Too lengthy to copy here, but the terms and conditions basically indemnify Neodrive UK from everything.
2. Grammar and misspellings in adverts and correspondence suggest the company is foreign or using AI.
3. Advertised reviews, photos and videos are fake. (I only spotted now that a mattress is being blown up using the suction end of the vacuum)
4. The postal address for this "UK" company is a residential property in America.
To summarise, steer well clear of these companies.

Fake as a glass hammer.

Absolutely false advertising brought their motorcycle phone holder, supposedly made from aircraft grade aluminium with scratch proof glass screen all lies, cheap plastic 100% of the item absolutely no aluminium, no glass screen everything they said was false the price £14.99, friend of mine got exactly the same item made the same from eBay £4.99??

Brought mine though Facebook tried to return it with the 30 day money back guarantee told I had to pay for the return to Switzerland? Item come from China company is supposed to be in the UK...??

I ordered a mobile phone holder for my e-bike from NEOVA.UK (it appears that they use many different company names such as Neodrive-uk).
I was naïve to be fooled by their glossy advert and parted with £14.90 for a very poorly made and cheap looking imitation of what I thought I would receive.
I was led to believe the company is operating from the uk but shipping took 9 days from China.
They advertise the item as being made from “aviation-grade aluminium” with an “anti-glare tempered glass” cover with “wireless charging” and “completely waterproof”. All this and a 30 day money back guarantee.
The item sent to me was devoid of these exotic materials; instead being constructed from cheap abs plastic with a flimsy plastic screen cover that offers little protection from the elements.
I contacted them to initiate a return, stating my rejection of the item due to it being not as described and a day later I received an email from someone called Emma Smith with a form to fill in and a return address in Switzerland. Postage must be paid by the customer and a whole shopping list of terms and conditions that must be strictly observed else the refund shall not be made.
No doubt their company policies are in contravention of UK consumer contract law and will do all they can to avoid refunding unsuspecting customers.
In summary, I wish I’d followed my own advice: if it seems to good to be true then it probably is.

Absolute trashy product, don't buy!

Like others utterly disappointed by my purchase of car vacuum, bought after gullibility when viewing their glossy Instagram ad. Worst quality plastic, no product info including how to fit round fittings into square post.
Dodgy looking charger point and very poor suction.
Stupid me for falling for this
Couldn't be more disappointed if they came round and poked me in the eye with a stick
Just want to throw this rubbish straight in the bin.
Please don't buy from this rubbish company

False advertising, dodgy product

Like others posting, I waited quite some time for the delivery of an unbranded product (car vacuum) from China when the Instagram ad gives you the impression you’re buying in the UK. The product is extremely shoddy and does not perform as advertised and if you draw this to their attention they send you a bulls**t “legal form” to complete, tell you the applicable legal jurisdiction is France and require you to return the item at your own expense to Switzerland. And surprise, surprise, there is now no way to track down the original advertisement on Instagram so that you could warn other buyers.

I ordered one of the cordless car vacs after seeing an ad on Facebook or Threads app to find it is coming from Yanwen in CHINA, yet the company say they are UK based.
So I email them to cancel it and get told they can’t cancel it.
So I emailed them …

Another Facebook scam ad as this is coming from china of all places.
You don’t tell people that on the ad do you.
Last thing that was tracked using 17track said it was delivered yet it never actually arrived and they wouldn’t tell me who was supposed to have delivered it or to where, luckily I got my
Money back as my card did a chargeback so no doubt this will be the same.
Where do you get the pics of all your non Chinese people from?

The reply I got was

You'll lose your money. It's a scam.

SCAM company with smart website that looks convincing but will take your money and not deliver the item you think you were buying. The serious fraud office should hound these people until they are behind bars. AVOID.

I'd put no stars if I could

I'd put no stars if I could. This is a SCAM company who advertise widely but then send a cheap inferior product. They have refused to answer 4 queries from us after taking our money. We received a full refund from the Credit card company because they can see this company is a Scam. Avoid at all costs. Incidentally there were a lot of negative reviews under a similar company name but they have changed their website slightly to look 'fresh'. Be careful.
