I have dealt with the financial advisor Steve Sutton for many years and trust him completely to give me good financial advice. He only started working for Neo Wealth last year so my rating is based solely on my dealings with him. I did not award five stars as a couple of comments from other Neo Wealth staff were not as helpful as i would have liked.

The staff always have been incredibly efficient and friendly, and deal with anything thrown at them straight away and always keep you up to date with progress.

Received two telephone calls before my visit appointment from my new adviser, first one the introduction, and second one for a telephone review. My new adviser then visited me at home to go through the assessment of my investments, with future recommendations. Everything in my review was explained in detail with clarity, which was very much appreciated.
