So so helpful at neola, I wanted the Petra cocktail ring but it was out of stock, the owner advised trying a size smaller and said I could return for free if no good, it was perfect and it fine with a lovely little personal handwritten note which said I hope this ting brings you happiness, very personal service with quality Beautiful products.

Great service and fabulous jewellery
Just received my first order from Neola today and I'm absolutely delighted. I had a couple of queries before placing the order and Andrea was very quick to reply and really helpful. The jewellery was really well packaged and there was a hand written thank you note which I thought was a lovely touch. I'm so pleased I've just placed another order. These pieces would make fabulous gifts too as the designs are so original.
