Great clothing, great service
I ordered a t-shirt there and was pleasantly surprised by the quality, given that the shirts aren't very pricey. Handling and shipping was very quick, even I ordered from abroad.

Beautiful products, great service, fast shipping!
I love the designs of the two shirts I got. I rarely buy new clothes, and especially with special designs on them because its usually high prices. While these prices were also a bit high, the quality and the design is worth it. It's unique, beautiful and can be combined in many ways.
Furthermore, the customer service was great. I was afraid of a typo in my adress was going to mess up the delivery, it didn't, but customer service was quick to get back to me and told me I should just contact if it didn't get delivered correctly, to find a solution.
I'm planning to buy a lot more from Neomachi, once the money is saved up. For the first time on my life, I'll even try a bomber jacket. :D
And as a last thing, shipping went faster than I expected! :D
Only good things to say about the shop. :D

International shipment
The quality and the design of the hoodie I ordered were great, as well as the tracking on the site, but for some reason, DHL did not add my address on the package, and when it came to my country the delivery company didnt know where to deliver it or whom to call either, so I had to go to their deposit (it took me 4 hours to get there) just for the hoodie.

Delivery was very fast but the rest is quite unpleasing. The fabric of the ZIP-Hoodies are very thin and the print is medium quality. The Size also was too small, so now I'm trying for over a week to contact the support, but sadly no reaction, aside from a bunch of newsletters.
Edit: Seemed my mails went to the spam. Support offered a refund.
