products seem good quality. However the fact that customer has to buy everything seperately at these prices makes for really bad shopping experience. when buying a neo box, the fact that its does NOT come with ALL the cables or it isn't stated in clearly that cabels are sold seperately and without actually printed installation manual makes everything worse. just a QR code that guides to website with all manuals you can find normally instead of the actual product manual. if the cables were standard and not propriertery it wouldn't be that big issue. but since BEO uses DIN to RJ45 cables that at least aren't sold in normal electronic stores makes not including such cable with a 410€ product feels like a scam by the intentionally seperating the necessary item to be sold seperately. The whole idea of helping people to keep their old still functioning and expensive beo products is great but then selling everything seperately makes extremely hard to recomend it to anyone. Then the advertising of multiple shipping partners but not letting customer choose, and locking them to single one without telling them why the other carriers aren't available, while charging +30€ for shipping in nordics doesn't help the experience. They advertise a spacer for the stnads but nowhere do they actually say that if TV is 70 inches or bigger that a vertical support, also sold seperately of course, is absolutely needed. the final cherry on top for poor experince was shipping time getting delayed by late posting of the package on friday so actual shipping time goes well into next week. they also claim to send regurlar updates on the delivery but I only receved single email that the package is on the way before going silent and just asking for review few hours after pick up. Also lack of anykind estimate if firmware timeframe when other TV brands would get support for the neobox 7 is pretty bad look.

I was unhappy with my B&O 3000, with master link, because it has no blue tooth and internet possibilities. Than I discovered NeoRadio and I am surprised that all the nice features that where available when I bought the B&O are also available after installing the NeoRadio.
The manuals for installing the kit could be improved.

The screws are of the cheapest quality. They got stuck and now it's impossible to mount the tv. That's ridiculous.

I firstly purchased a first kit to renew my old 7.55 by adapting a Oled 5k screen. It is so beautiful and cool that I decided to modify two other 7.40. It's just the best way I know to modernise the old b&o to a modern TV and to preserve the sound and design quality of the original one
