Customer service is nice and pretty quick to answer, which is good. Shipment was also fast.
However, I paid my neon about $200. It was shipped from China (i don't recall seeing "Made in China" anywhere), quality is pretty cheap, full plastic. We can clearly see cables through the big transparent back piece. Light is pink when it was supposed to be red.
I sent an email about this quality issue and a refund is not possible (even partial), so I feel like I lost $200 for such a low-quality item... If you are looking for a professional and/or very nice sign, I would not recommend. The sign would look good in a kid bedroom though.

Very satisfied with the final product, ordered for our wedding, it really made a huge impression! Sebastian's work is top quality, the product is well packaged and everything is very well explained in terms of connections and use! At first we had a few differences of opinion about the method of payment, but this was resolved amicably and Sebastian was very responsive in communicating! I highly recommend :)

First there were some issues on my side with the payment, which got sorted in a friendly way. Then there was a delay in the construction, which also got sorted in a friendly way. The end result is top quality and as imagined. Good experience!

Ordered a sign from Sebastian who helped me through the process of picking the font style and size and the mock up artwork is really useful to visualise your sign. The sign was received quickly and extremely well packaged and it came with everything you would need to install the sign.
