Excellent service. Couldn't see the exact wording I wanted so asked if they would customise for me. Of course they could! No haggle, no fuss, no price increase. This was followed by quick delivery of a great quality product.

Great product - extra long neon yellow lead cover for my reactive dog that means we can be seen from further away. Good quality and arrived really quickly. Will definitely order again if / when I need to.

I recently placed a custom order for two more covers. I emailed to request specific wording and received a confirmation reply within 24 hours. I’ve ordered five different dog lead slip covers from NeonDog now, ranging from "Recovering from Surgery", "Injured", "In Pain", "Reactive" and "Space Needed". They are absolutely GREAT—the bright yellow fabric and clear, bold text make them impossible to miss. I’ve recommended these to so many people already and will continue to do so.

Excellent very visible lead sleeve, which can be attached at top of lead near the handle ( or at the base where lead clips to harness). The fabric is v bright and clearly visible and the size of lettering on "Keep Dogs Away" and "Dog Reactive" is large enough to be read by other dog walkers (I know this as some kind considerate folk have responded by putting their dogs on leash-sadly many others are just too entitled and self centred to help out fellow dog owners, however polutely you ask. That,however, has nothing to do with this neon sleeve which i still really value and recommend as i have found better than any others i have tried.Also lightweight and easy to wash/ dry.

Only improvement would be if there was a second popper on the attachment loop to enable you to create a second/ longer loop so can choose that sleeve doesnt hang quite so close to handle of lead

A good quality product, promptly delivered. We have a deaf and blind dog, and find that people read and comment on this message on the neondog coat. The awareness it brings to strangers on our dog-walks is positive. People are more sympathetic and understanding if he bumps into them or ignores their friendly approach.

NeonDog products are so useful, it has helped me with my confidence in taking my rescue Bulldog out for walks, She has behavioural issues and the bright warnings - 'Rescue Dog in Training & Dog Reactive' give others the information they need to give us space and consideration.

Arrived very quickly and exactly as described. I chose a drawstring on my item and on reflection ties would have suited my requirements better, but this was my choice and is no reflection on the product I received which does what it is made to do. Washable too. Very happy to shop again with this company.

I've bought 2 neon coats now, one says IGNORE and the other says SPACE NEEDED. People actually take notice which makes walking our dog a lot easier. Delivery was prompt too.

Excellent quality products which were shipped quickly. Wonderful service. I had made a mistake when ordering and ordered one item in an incorrect size. Because the sizes didn’t match, Neon Dog very quickly sent an email to me to check sizes before they dispatched and my mistake was corrected meaning I didn’t have to return anything. Very highly recommended

I've bought a coupe of vests for my dog from here and they are perfect quality, fit and just what we needed. There is a a great variety of warnings to choose from and I think at a reasonable price. Dispatch and delivery is amazingly quick too!

Back for our second Neon Dog coat, after the first really helped our reactive rescue dog with its bold print that can be read out easily. It’s comfortable and he can wear it in all weathers as it washes well and dries quickly. Would be great to have all the messages available in all the products, but there’s more than enough choice, even if your preferred message isn’t available in quite the product option you want.

I placed one order and then emailed to ask if they had a bandana to match the lead sleeve i ordered. I got a reply by email with a couple of hours. I will add i placed my order on s Sunday.
They had exactly what I was looking for the kind gentleman told me to place the order and he would add it to my first order if I used a code but as I had forgotten to add code. I let him know, and he reimbursed the postage and added the bandana to my first order. Fantastic customer service would definitely use over and over again.

I have had this neon jacket before in a size 3 but as my standard male poodle is now older and has grown the 3 is snug so I decided to order the size 4. It's huge! The product is still very good though. I wouldn't use any other supplier as these neon signs are easily used and are washable. Very good product.
