I am extremely disappointed with these shoes. They are being sold and marketed as Nike with a collaboration, but they are complete 100% bootleg garbage. After just one use, the design and finish had already started to wear off. I contacted customer service about the issue, and they did refund me half of the purchase price.
Unfortunately, things got even worse. After only five days of normal wear, the sole completely separated from the shoe. I contacted customer service again, just two days after receiving the partial refund, and asked for a full refund since the shoes were now completely unusable. They declined.
The shoes feel extremely cheap and poorly made, and the quality does not match what is represented on the website. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Neon Rift. The shoes did not even last a week, and the company refused to stand behind the product with a full refund.
