I still haven’t received my order. I have sent 2 emails and neither one has been answered!
To say I am disappointed is an understatement!

I placed a custom order with Neon Space, including a picture of the two colour sign I wanted, and gave a written description also where I mentioned that it would be two colours. The sign was made up with only one colour and Neon Space have said that the only option is to buy a further sign. Poor attention to detail and terrible customer service.

Excellent price, super easy to order and brilliant quality light my nephew loved it!
Only thing I would say is there’s a slight lack in communication, for example dispatch email to let you know it’s in it way! But overall great and would definitely order again, in fact everyone in my family now want their own neon 😂

Sign is awesome communication was non existent though! As this was a birthday gift it would have been nice to know at what stage the sign was and when it had been shipped!

My 16year old son loves the sign a serious amount! Very nice that’s you can alter the brightness/dim it. Glad we went for the bigger size. Easy to fix on the wall too.

This company went above and beyond for my order, especially Sunny. Placed the order and within a week it was all complete and already shipped out. I was shopping around for a customised neon sign for a while but never ordered one. I came across Neonspace and their website looked good, the preview of my sign was exactly what I wanted and with the promo code they were offering I decided to give them a go.
