Creaky saber

Wasn't informed when it was shipped just told it was being prepared then I received all three sabers in one box, the samurai blade which I paid $400+ for has a weak hilt where the kibor crystal goes so It makes creaking sounds when it swung and the two free sabers where meh. One was generic and the other was 1st generation which doesn't offer Bluetooth or applications.

We were lied to and mislead

They had a sale advertising buy one get two free. I bought a $300 lightsaber. When i received the product I was shocked to see that the free lightsabers were made from random parts. I contacted the company and I got an email back saying that the free sabres are ones that sell for at least $149 each. So I looked for the versions on the website that were the ones we received and guess what? Neither of the lightsabers we got are listed on the website.

As I was looking I did find some kit that you can by that is a bunch of parts called the Easter Mystery Box that sells for $319. This kit has the parts to build 4 complete lightsabers. That is 79.75 each. Guess what? This kit does have the hilts we received.

Here's the contents.
4x Hilts with Kit and Battery
4x Blade
4x Belt Clip with Covertec Ring
4x Allen Key
4x Screws Pack
4x USB Charging Cable
4x User Manual
4x Blade Plugs
1x Premium Case

So after we were told that the free sabers were valued at $149 each and we showed them that they are not. Sorry to say that they refused to make it right. I will never purchase anything from the seller ever again.

Scammers!

I purchased a ASW Episode 3 saber which came with two free sabers as part a deal. None of the sabers came with bubble wrap causing one of the free sabers to come damaged out of the box. The smooth swing, Bluetooth, and various other sounds were damaged and/or didn’t sound right. After reaching out to Neo support they told me that the one that was damaged was supposed to be that way?!?!? After sending multiple emails back and worth trying to further explain the situation with videos they told me I only received two sabers total meaning they didn’t even look into my order information. Then they stopped responding to me all together. USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY! These guys are shady.

The Force is strong with NEOSabers

Awesome products and super happy with the B1G2 deal! NEOSabers did communicate a possible delay with the promotion but I still received my sabers in the initial promised window of time. The detail and quality are impeccable for the LSW saber and the 2 free dueling sabers are great backups and don’t disappoint! This is the second batch I’ve ordered from them and their choices are excellent as well as their quality.

Great Memories

This is a really great company

This is a really great company! I lost 2 spikes on my saber knowing they became loose. I got hold of the company which is an issue. You can only get hold of them through social media. They’re quick at responding. They said that their sabers are meant for hard play. They shouldn’t be loosing pieces. I sent in photos of the parts I was missing. They sent me the spikes that I was missing free of charge. I really like this company and how fast they fixed the problem! I really recommend them!

Buyer beware

I ordered a set of LED nunchucks for my husband's birthday which were $136.00 with shipping. The first time he used them the screw came out and he couldn't get it to stay in. I notified the company sent a photo and asked for a refund. They said to return it first which is $36.00 shipping and they want another $20.00 restocking fee. So are they just going to resell a broken piece of junk?
It's poorly made and cheap for the cost. I'll just eat the cost and throw it in the garbage. I'm not paying another $60.00 to that company. Lesson learned.

Great custom sabers, questionable selling tactics

TLDR: First saber purchase. I like my saber and had good customer service but most reviews may be faked and videos on YT and IG may be stolen so be wary.

So I want to give a honest review because Reddit is mostly negative with a handful of positive reviews and NS reviews are suspiciously overly positive. You actually can't leave your own reviews on NS's site which is a bit concerning to me. This is my biggest issue with NS as a company.

This is my very first saber and I love it. I got the Vengeance Xenopixel V3 with the Buy 1 get 2 free on certain sabers deal. Which btw is a never ending deal so don't feel pressured into missing the deal and buying the saber right away.

I love my saber. It's cool and feels great to hold and wield. The blade can take a hit though I'm not going around slamming it against walls or furniture. I bring this up because I've read people saying the blade and saber is janky and easy to break. This is my first saber but clearly The neo/xenopixels and Proffie blades are meant for display or cosplay over dueling.

As for the free sabers they're also fun and ARE meant for dueling. The blades are tubes meaning you can have real fun with them. The sabers themselves are RGB with one being their black Mulan saber and the other I couldn't find but the closest I could come to is a lesser version of their grey Galaxy saber but that's mostly due to the charging port. I am disappointed that I can't make a doubled bladed saber since the Mulan still comes with the coupling but none of the sabers I got are compatible with it. But in the end the sabers are free RGB with custom colors and everything so I think the Buy 1 Get 2 is worth it.

I also got the Norton Guarantee but I'm not sure if that's worth it or not. It's $8 for a supposedly safer delivery so take with that as you will.

So on to my experience researching for my saber and experience with Neo Saber:

When looking for reviews of NS Reddit is pretty negative with declarations of them being a scam or close to one while a few say otherwise and didn't have issues at all. Vengence is a custom design by NS and I loved it, with fear of a scam I searched around to see if it was anywhere else but it's an original design so I took the leap of faith despite the more overwhelmingly negative reviews and I'm happy I did.
I don't have any other saber sites to compare to for quality with Reddit saying this is a scam but I don't think they are. Some say the sabers and blades are janky or break easily but I haven't had any issues, the closest was that I took apart the blade to charge the battery but didn't screw in everything that holds the saber together tight enough. (With Vengence it's the handle, two gold rings and pummel)

Here are my gripes with NS though during my search:
They claim their pixel blades are special because they are completely customizable with colors, fonts and things like that. This is not true. Doing any research on getting a saber and you'll find that EVERY site has RGB, Neo/Xenopixel and proffie all of which are customizable in the same way. The Xenopixel v3 has an app that helps with customizing but that's all I can think of since idk if that's a NS only thing or not, I doubt it is.

I'm 99% sure that the reviews on their site are made by them. All of them are either 4 or 5 stars with just quick sentences saying how great their purchase was. There is no way to leave your own review on the product you bought which adds to the doubt I had. Redditors have said that NS has taken other's IG or YT videos and pictures and reuploaded them onto their official accounts claiming them as happy customers. This only made finding unbiased reviews all that more difficult that wasn't from NS or Reddit. If it wasn't for ONE small YT channel that wasn't affiliated with NS who reviewed their own purchase I probably wouldn't have gotten my saber from them.

Redditors have complained about month long waits or not even getting their purchase. They say on the site that they spend 3 buisness days stress testing the saber before shipping out. Their site says 7-10 buisness days while those who liked the site on Reddit and even the Customer Rep I emailed concerning any issues I may have after my purchase all said that the shipping will take between 10-15 buisness days within the US and that is AFTER stress testing. I bought my saber on 6/20 (a saturday) and it came in 7/8. So if you buy from NS make sure it's on at least a Monday to get it as fast as possible.
On the site NS's physical store says it's located in California but my saber was being sent from China and was shipped through DHL express, so if those are any concerns especially with the tariffs then there you go.

Despite all that though I would buy again for the custom designs. Replicas are a dime a dozen so if you're looking for one maybe do a different site. I like NS but advertising is too shady for total support.

This company is a total scam! DONT BUY!!!!I purchased a saber for a nephew who…

I purchased a saber for a nephew who recently had surgery as a gift to help lift his spirits as he is an avid star wars fan. I bought a saber during a special buy one get one free deal and was excited as I thought my nephew would enjoy these during this difficult time. I purchased them, they shipped, and he was so excited to open them and use them. Then the problems started. The "GIFT" saber did not work. But the main saber worked. I thought "i will just get a hold of neosabers, and they will make it right" well I reached out and it took several days before they responded. During that time the main saber i purchased also stopped working. Now over the period of several weeks it's been a constant back and forth with the "service" team giving me hopeless troubleshooting tips and even at one point said, to "rewire the wires" sending a video of how to repair the defective and poorly manufactured wires. What am I an electrician?? After 6 weeks of nonsense I have reached my frustration and boiling point and asked for a refund. Since doing this I have heard nothing! its been total silence! DO NOT buy sabers from this company, it is a scam and they sell junk over priced sabers that work for about 72 hours then stop working. They do not stand behind their product at all! Buyer BEWARE!

Mixed, perhaps luck based?

This is a difficult review as I have had a very positive experience, a somewhat middling experience, and then the reality drop off.
I have purchased 2 sabers so far. The shogun flat blade and the Tron inspired one. The shogun hilt came broke I submitted a request for customer service within 24 hours of receiving. A few days later they asked for a video to send to engineering team. Okay nice I send they say wait as they will get back. That was over a month ago with no response and I have reached out every 2 weeks politely with a status update. Even if there was a solution to fix myself and nothing. This is the middling and negative side. Middling due to it being promising in response and receiving a potentially awesome item. Negative due to the cliff dive on solution ir even a polite response back after over a month.

Positive experience was the tron inspired saber. Awesome all around from shipping to the function.

Information sold to scammers

I saw Neosaber advertised on Facebook and the sabers looked cool so I looked into it. After I got onto their web site it immediately wanted my info for a discount. I admit it was stuped of me to give them my email and phone number. But I had a long day and was sleepy. Got the supposed discount code and it was not worth much after looking at the prices. The very next day I received 7 scam calls! After only receiving 2 to 3 a month for years. I know it was them because I have not done anything online for weeks.
Talk about bad service even though I never bought anything!

Got Scammed

I bought an expensive $500+ lightsaber from NeoSabers. It took almost a month to ship it out, whats frustrating is that my package never arrived to me. I tried contacting support and send several messages on their IG with no response. Their customer service is very poor! Lesson learned and never again, folks stay away from this shitty company

Finally got my refund. Better companies out there

Thought I got scammed for a second. Ordered a saber and it was processing for almost two weeks. Decided I didn’t want it anymore and asked to have it refunded since it hadn’t shipped yet. Customer service takes about 2 days to get back to you about anything. They said I can get it refunded and I would have the refund in 1-3 days. Took about another 2-3 weeks but I finally got it. I don’t think this site is a scam. They just need to work on their customer service and ship their orders faster. Most of the bad reviews are from their buy one get one free lightsaber, which they need to specify more clearly that it’s not a neopixel and looks sub par quality compared to one. I bought a cheaper neopixel from imperial workshop. They have the best prices I was able to find $160 for a neopixel Xeno v.3. Got it in a week. Much better than the $530 I was trying to buy from neo sabers

Got 2 completely different sabers two…

Got 2 completely different sabers two months after the order was placed. I attempted to contact the seller via their website but never got a response. Their $35-47 wall saber holders are actually $4 Broom holders that won't even grab onto the saber cause the sabers are too large
