Order / payment ok - but product and support failed

Order and payment went smoothly. The product itself (EasyRE for Windows 11) is a Linux based, bootable Image repair tool. Looked promising but failed to repair the W11-Bootloader in two cases I tried it. Actually it made the mess worse. Thank God I had a recent Image-Backup!
Their support I contacted twice but no assistance so far (more than 2 weeks passed). I did not receive an answer (except for the automatic reply they received my request). Very poor and no recommendation at all.

I have used the EasyBCD double-boot…

I have used the EasyBCD double-boot system for many years without any problems. A hard drive failure required me to reinstall the software on a new drive. I also ordered a copy of EasyRE windows recovery disk and received an email with the link to download it. The link expired before I could download the recovery disk and there was no mention of that in the email. Requesting support from the company did not result in any useful correspondence. This is not a company that can be trusted or relied on.

Bought a Trx3 receiver two weeks ago

Bought a Trx3 receiver two weeks ago. Promised to deliver the next day. Nothing happened and was promised several time that delivery will be done the next day. Now two week later they do not even respond to my query and they do not refund my money. Think its time to involve SAPS and go legal.

Made an error buying their product via…

Made an error buying their product via PayPal. Two minutes later realized what I have done, sent them email explaining what happened and asked for refund; after numerous emails, no response neither from them nor PayPal. Both companies are now absolutely pathetic, I will never buy anything from NeoSmart again.

Easy Recovery software

Easy Recovery software. Their website boldly claims the product "is guaranteed to work" Tried to recover a borked Win 7 (failed to return from Safe Mode, wouldn't allow a login to anything). ER program booted up as it should but in the end fixed nothing, bitterly disappointed after seeing that will fix. Had to purchase a new PC with an updated OS.

I bought the Professional Windows 7…

I bought the Professional Windows 7 recovery. It said it had to be burned onto a CD, and since I could not do this, I had to use a flash drive. When I tried to download it onto the flash drive my computer's virus protection said there is a trojan horse on it. So I asked for a refund. They never got back to me. I reported it to my bank for a chargeback. I just got an email from the bank saying they haven't gotten a response from the company for 24 days, but the company gets 45 days before the bank does the chargeback.

EasyRE Secure Boot error, won't start

I bought NeoSmart's EasyRE, and I followed NeoSmart's instructions (and used their image-to-USB burning tool) to create a bootable USB device. It wouldn't boot - the UEFI BIOS gave the error that the bootable device wasn't signed with a SecureBoot-known signature.
So I disabled Secure Boot on the system and tried again; this time the boot loader on the USB device loaded .. and then gave a signature error for the actual software.
I then actually fixed my problem using free software from Hasleo software (which I thereafter bought just to say thank you to them) and I sent multiple emails to NeoSmart request a refund of the not-fit-for-purpose EasyRE software, to which I've received no response. Next step, a credit card chargeback.
It is ok that stuff sometimes fails. It is not okay to fail to respond to this type of commercial support/ refund request.
Update: ten days later and no reply at all to my support requests. This is going to a credit card dispute.

Yes i,m another mug who paid for this…

Yes i,m another mug who paid for this scam junk out of desperation. the real criminals are microsoft of course who are still holding the world to ransom with there 30 year old "operation system"
Easylose £35 would be a better title. It looks impresive when it starts, but you will end up with a blank blu screen in the middle of a black background, and nothing else. Ive built and fixed PC since the spectrum 48k! This was a mistake, see the low Trustpilot score and belive it. wish I Had.

No support and product doesn't work.

Like all the other reviews. This company is seriously misleading people. I downloaded their Easy Recovery software. Their website boldly claims the product "is guaranteed to work", that they "provide 1-on-1 email support", and the product has "a 100% satisfaction guaranteed or its free" policy.

It didn't work, I reached out for support four times, got no responses and no answer on a request for refund. The company might as well be operating a scam for how they operate.

EasyRE Disk Recovery Software

This software is unable to handle Windows 11 issues. It is based on old technology that requires legacy BIOS to be enabled utilising MBR formatted disks.
It will not support GPT disks, UEFI BIOS or Secure Boot, all of which are required to run Windows 11, which is what I bought it for.
The support email I received after complaining, contained the following text -
(On newer computers and laptops (especially those running Windows 8), there are two settings that are sometimes enforced by the manufacturer that can prevent you from booting from a recovery CD/USB.
These only affect UEFI/EFI computers; and you'll need to both make sure that Secure Boot is disabled and that Legacy Boot is enabled. We have guides on doing both, please refer to our knowledgebase articles on disabling Secure Boot and enabling Legacy Boot to set up your system to boot from recovery media).
In other words this is no help for Windows 11 which requires disks to be in GPT format not MBR, and it needs UEFI BIOS and Secure Boot to be enabled.
I requested a refund, and NeoSmart have now refunded the cost.
