Can’t even process a payment in 3 days…
My initial review really didn’t future plan for how deceitful and incompetent the people who work at Neospin are.
Now it’s almost been 8 days since I originally tried to withdrawal my winnings. I get the same response every time, we are expediting this as much as possible and have escalated this with the finance team which is rubbish. They keep saying their terms and conditions means 48 hours processing time, but it’s a convenient mischaracterisation as the terms say within 48 hours, not that 48 hours has to elapse.
They rejected my first withdrawal because I wasn’t verified yet, however I needed to reupload one more document, which I figured after doing that I’d request the withdrawal. Instead of approving the doc and then begin their timeline to cash me ou, they waited 48 hours to approve the document then cancel the withdrawal due to technical faults.
Then after having a pending bank transfer withdrawal in place. The chat agent in a rare glimpse of honesty, said that won’t be approved, try crypto. 48 hours later the crypto transfer was cancelled, now I’m 24 hours in to my 3rd attempt and of course despite it not being my fault the withdrawals were rejected I’m obviously subjected to another 48 hour wait because of course I am. Neospin could actually consider the fact I’ve been stuffed around for 8 days and speed This one up. But why would a dodgy Dama casino care about customer satisfaction.
