Finally a phone that looks and feels…

Finally a phone that looks and feels like a smartphone that my children (11 and 14) are not afraid to show to their friends and still does only what it needs (phone, WhatsApp, Spotify and eventually Duolingo) this was the solution I was waiting to protect my kids from unmanageable screen times. It’s easy to install and works with Google Family helping you to track their Apps usage and location when needed. I just love it! After a weekend of disappointment of loosing their IPhones, they now say that this is the best thing I did for them!

I bought this phone as a UK resident…

I bought this phone as a UK resident and for whatever reason the system does not seem compatible for the UK parent controls. I had lots of technical issues. The customer service team was helpful, but had no way of fixing issues. I would not purchase if you live outside of France.

We tried to return the product within…

We tried to return the product within the 14 day period but the courier company returned the phone to us without an explanation! I have been messaging Neow Kids about this so many times but they just are ignoring it. They don't have a phone number. I don't know what else to do.
