Neowintech is the old Iban Wallet. Scam all over the place, under different names
Neowintech is the old Iban Wallet.
I’ve been an Iban wallet customer for over 2 years and their latest changes were a perfect example of awful customer management. They decided to dismiss some customers (this was a first) based on some technical excuses that were never explained to me. I only discovered this because my account was blocked, no warning on this. It seems that Iban wallet goes now under the name Neowintech and has some other companies getting different parts of the business, as far as I could understand, the terrible customer support is delivered under Safebrok and the team that actually works on the product is under Teapayment.
This is very shady and being a long term investor on P2P I warn anyone that your money might one day just disappear under normal circumstances and having a company splitting into new ones just to make it hard to anyone understand what is being done with your money… Make sure Iban wallet, Neowintech, Safebrok or Teapayment is not connected to any of your investments.

Great app and user experience
Great app and user experience. Very easy to deposit and withdraw. Customer service is excellent and my account manager Claudia is very easy to deal with. Could potentially be more investing options but overall a great service with plenty of promotional offers available.
