they do not pay the surveys, they do not reply to email, The worst experience ever

Terrible VPN that breaks my phone, no rewards, no reply, utterly fraudulent.

Had the reality me installed on my device for months now no payment. I cannot contact them as email bounces back. So i have given up and uninstalled this app. Not given them no more free information as scammed me. Dont bother with this dogdy research company

After you installed their app, nothing more communication. In my case - every time I switched my mobile in, I had to login the app, nothing works automatically. It's horrible.

Yeah, and it's better for you to forget any payment, even after the first week.

Scam when email to them comes back also did study diary with this install a meter a other things lucky I read reviews I uninstall meter etc but had issue warning came up saying a vpn was monitoring my data I had to get phone sorted by way of certificate authorised in settings and remove them even after unistalling app. Scam beware they used vpn and was looking at everything there email is not legit and so many bad reviews from this

Complete scam job. Filing a class action against the creators for false representation and misuse of personal information. Or maybe some vigilante action is better. Make each day great with an AK.

I first tried them 3 months ago with no luck. I was given the chance to try them again on a different topic, so I gave them another try. Well, I never got my first payout and then it started giving me error messages every I got on the computer. The only thing this has done is slow down my computer to the point that is almost unusable. At this point I can't get anything done and I haven't been paid. Uninstalling and just call it a loss.

You download and install their Reality Meter and add the extension to Chrome. You do 3 surveys a week for 6 weeks and supposed to get paid within a short time after the study closes. Then you get invited to the next one before you even get paid for the first one. Now you're half way through the 2nd study, have reached out to customer service about compensation for the first one and nobody replies to your inquiry. I just wrote them again letting them know I'm about to call it quits because I feel I'm giving them all of this time and input for nothing. Has anyone ever been paid by nepastudies.com? Inquiring minds want to know. I'm starting to doubt that anyone even works there. Worst customer service...if it even exists. Update 10/28/22: Still waiting for payment from both studies that I don't think will ever come. 11/24/22: No matter what I write to them, I get the same generic response every time. They're having technical issues but rest assured I will get paid. No one is reading my emails and I'm getting a computer generated response (exact same word for word) every time. Scammers. I have copies of everything. I wrote about them on SiteJabber and Scam Advisor as well. I don't like being taken advantage of. I devoted a lot of hours to them for nothing. I'll never participate in another one of their studies again.

2 months waiting for Payment , no response by tje unexisting customer service

Looks like legit surveys but absolutely awful customer service and still no payment after two months - they make you download their software and access your phone data but don't pay you and don't respond to messages.
