This stuff is amazing. After one month of use I am able to go makeup free for the first time in 20 years with complete confidence. I am stunned by how effective this is. It did take 6 weeks for my delivery but it was 100% worth the wait. Cannot recommend more highly!

Can't cancel subscription because the hyperlink in the email sends you to a website that doesn't exist. Can't contact the company by phone and they never respond to their emails. One of the worst companies I've ordered anything from. Very incompetent.

Don’t waste your time and money waiting. It has been 3 weeks since I ordered this product and still no tracking update. Their excuse is custom delays. I highly doubt it.

Do not buy from this company. 6 of 9 jars were broken, packed with 1 piece of brown paper- grease all over, the jars had heated and NONE of it was salvagable. They asked for "better pics" so they could see which were broken. I would not use any since all jars were leaking and soaked in the rancid grease.

Although I like the product, promotions and subscriptions aren’t filled in a timely manner. They have been unable to keep up with the product demand.

I love my tallow balm and how it makes my skin feel. It smells a tiny bit like beef and my fiancé doesn’t like to kiss me after I put it on, but it’s still worth it for how soft it makes my face:

I ordered their tallow sunscreen a month ago. Still nothing. No update on it even being shipped yet. No reply to my message to customer service. They shouldn’t market as much as they have if they can’t fulfill orders. Never ordering from them again.

I’m not sure why a company advertise their products and they don’t have the availability to fulfill orders. I placed an order on February 9 as of March 8. I have yet to receive my order and every time I email the company they keep telling me that they’re waiting on more product to arrive And to be patient with them. How do they expect for a consumer to be patient with them if they took my money immediately?

I wouldn’t buy from them. I wanted to try the product out, but they just lost a customer.

First pack went out, turned to powder as I chewed. Neptune promised to send a pack 6 Months later...GUESS WHAT NEPTUNE...U SUCK!

A little goes a long way! I made the mistake of using too much and it felt greasy and would come off on my pillow case. I’d avoid using it over breakouts since it seems to make it worse but I do notice a difference on dark spots and overall and it’s only been a week of use.

Love this product! It’s my go to for morning and night skin care. Very hydrating. Noticeable glow after very few uses.

This skin care product is now my favorite and I know I will be a lifetime customer! The balm leaves your skin so soft, like baby-soft skin. It smooths out your pores, and any primer on top enhances the softness. My coworker always has smooth glowing skin and I asked her what she used. She uses the whipped but I love the balm. I bought some for my 74 yr old mother because it has worked so well. I am getting compliments at work too! I am 40yrs old so having great skin really matters to me!

I recently started using Tallow Balm and I can confirm that this product is amazing. I have suffered from Eczema for over 36 years and in the winter months my skin is extremely dry and dull.
