Sent the wrong item

Sent the wrong item. Had dealt with them before but this time wrong item sent. Customer service hasn’t responded. Fortunately purchased via PayPal so will hopefully get my money back. Pity because they used to be ok. Unfortunately they’ve lost my business

Will just ignore you

Horrendous customer service. Contacted them on social media and by email to inform them I hadn’t received my items after three weeks of placing an order. Absolutely no reply. Thankfully paid via PayPal.

8 weeks since order, masks not delivered

I ordered and paid for masks expecting to wait a couple of weeks for them to be delivered.

After 3½ weeks I wrote to Neqi to ask when the masks would be delivered. It took them a week to investigate that the courier had returned the masks to them and that they would resend the masks.

It's now close to 8 weeks since order and payment and I have yet to receive any masks. Meanwhile I have contacted Neqi multiple times and received no response. If the masks don't show up within the next few days, I will have to get the bank involved to reverse the charges for the masks.

If you buy from this company, make sure to pay through paypal or use a credit card so you're protected in case your order doesn't show up.
