Nothing to worry about here

Was a little unsure but took the plunge. Proved to be a very quick & efficient experience. I had my desktop activated in a few minutes. My laptop activation had some difficulties (probably my fault), but customer support (email) sorted things out within the hour. Very satisfied.

I had a problem with MS Visio a month…

I had a problem with MS Visio a month after installing it when it was working. Both Michael and Jay provided a fast support in getting this resolved and now have my app back working again. This is much more support than I expected

They are authentic

They are authentic

I was looking for MS operating system for my parallel desktop for Mac without breaking the bank and i stumbled upon this guys. I gave them a try and i have been using their service up until now. Their customer service is pretty good as well as they respond to questions in a timely manner and they are affordable especially for students who are not able to afford the premium price for applications on the Microsoft website

There is something cryptic about these…

There is something cryptic about these licenses. Issue1 : You (as an end user) dont have admin rights for the licenses bought from nerdused. Yes the prices are very less than the official platform but this is not disclosed at the time of purchase that you wont have admin rights on the account that you have purchased.
Issue2: even the 100GB storage is not something that u can utilise , at 6GB itself the account gives you a warning that the storage is full. -- update: A solution to Issue2 has been proposed by NerdUsed, will update on the same once it works.

So there is something fishy about this but not quite sure on what the real reason is though.

Both Jay and Justine were very patient…

Both Jay and Justine were very patient and thorough in their step by step instructions on how to fix my problem. The problem was that Microsoft said that my subscription lapsed. Jay ( predominantly) walked me through how to reinstate my key and get my MS Office 24 back up and running. It seemed a bit tricky as my screen didn’t always have the options and I had to search to find the correct menus on the software page. This is where they showed great patience with me and were the greatest of help.
