This is for Nere Australia

This is for Nere Australia, the luggage’s wheel has come off after two trips only, we tried to source the wheel online as it’s not cover under warranty if caused by miss handling from airport but we couldn’t get a match anywhere online. Tried to contact strandbags and they could only offer a phone number of their repairer which we will contact later. Lastly tried to email customer care nere Australia three times about the chance of buying the spare wheels but email got bounced three times with the reason rejected from their email server. The suitcase body is a good quality but not the wheel so you might want to think it over if you wish to buy this brand.
