It's already starting very badly
I have just purchased an ESIM for North African country. I will complete this review when I return from vacation, after having experienced the advantages/disadvantages of this product...
But, at first step, I'm already upset and must point it out regarding application (on IOS):
Right at opening, application requests registration (with numbered password sent by email). The particularity on iPhone is when form is numeric, iPhone "locks" the screen with a PERMANENT numeric keypad! With no way to remove it! (This is a stupidity made in Apple, which angers the entire community)... Unfortunately, Apple is stubborn, we have to accept it...
Thus, the confirm button is hidden behind...
THERE IS NO WAY TO LOG IN, so no way to use the (IOS) application !!!
(People using Iphone and who are afraid to set it manually, find another company)
When you're an engineer, an app developer, it's unforgivable not to have checked this before putting it in the Apple Store! This is already causing you to lose 50% of our trust in your products...
(If you want help ? Use Alpha-numeric caracters for displaying ISO a normal keyboard, or move "send" button on top, over keyboard)
Let's wait and see how long they take to fix this...
And what the outcome will be when I return from vacation...
