Horrible People Rude Non Caring Staff
Horrible People! My doc faxed in a referral for my vertigo, dizzy and fatigue problem of 3 months. i was referred by an ear nose and throat doctor. My doc sent in the referral and i called the office. Receptionist said it will take 7 to 10 business days. I said why the fax is there. Her answer: "we are busy" i call again 2 weeks later and get the voicemail. i leave a message, the next day i get a text asking what i want. i told them i have a referral. they text send insurance and all other info. I sent all info. i get a text late in the day saying we don't have your referral. sorry for the inconvenience. I sent them a reply text saying I will go to the medical board for their lack of follow up and care for someone having severe difficulty. A mgr calls me back and said they found the referral. Do I want to schedule. I asked when. They said in July. It is may 5th. Told them to forget it, I may have to go to hospital. They sent me a text saying they are denying my referral for my language. I replied: thanks for admitting you have my referral. I will file my complaint with medical board. They are horrible people. I would never trust them with my health.
