Purchased the 7ft Radwell TV media unit and could not be happier with the quality of this piece of furniture. Paying the extra amount for the tongue-and-groove backboard was well worth it, it gives the unit a stunning finish. Amy has been so helpful with both confirming the order and arranging delivery which was on time and went smoothly. Overall a great product and excellent service. Thank you!

We have just taken delivery of our 8ft TV unit and genuinely could not be more delighted with it. The unit is stunning, really solid and well made. Being able to choose our own colour was a great touch.
I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again in the future. Amy was extremely responsive to any questions we had and very open to any modification I requested.

Amy was really helpful and made great suggestions regarding sizing of shelves etc so everything looked balanced. The unit is gorgeous and gets lots of complimentary comments from friends and family.

Having found Nest at no 20 on internet I was naturally concerned it was legitimate. I shouldn’t have worried, Amy was a fantastic communicator and we had our dresser delivery today. I just can’t stop looking at it, so wonderful. Paid by BACS once delivery had taken place and paid our courier John on site. He was so caring and considerate, making sure the dresser was in our house safely.

Cannot recommend Nest at Number 20, highly enough. Not only is the item of furniture we purchased beautifully made and finished, the customer service we received was also excellent.

The handmade dresser is absolutely beautiful. We were so impressed that they were able to reduce the height from the standard specification to suit our space perfectly. Communication was excellent throughout, from the initial enquiry right through to delivery. Highly recommend!

I ordered this fabulous unit, my property has difficult access, it was made to order in 6 pieces for my property. Throughout the ordering process Amy was helpful and patient with great ideas on design and practicality, she took my brief and offered me a perfect solution. The unit is amazing, everybody admires it, it’s a great focal point. The quality is outstanding and the price extremely reasonable for a bespoke item. I will be ordering again in the future

We ordered two large media units to a slightly smaller size than standard so that they would fit into our alcoves. These were significantly better value than the alternative of built in shelving and cupboards, as well as being painted to our choice.
There was a fairly long wait for production and delivery but it was worth it, we are delighted with the units and the service from both Amy and the delivery company.
Some reviewers have mentioned having to fit the shelves yourself. This is very simple and having them supplied loose with peg holes allows some customisation, I've been able to make and add three more shallow shelves to achieve even more storage, plus the use of Farrow & Ball colours made matching the colour straightforward.
These are great value, being a fraction of the cost of similar units elsewhere. Having been disappointed with the quality of furniture at several High Street furniture stores and other online suppliers it has been a relief to have such a good experience with Nest at Number 20.

Amy has met our expectations and beyond, Our 10ft Media Unit is Amazing and really adds the finishing touch to our new extension. this has to be one of the best bespoke units at such a reasonable price we have seen.

I Ordered the 10ft Radwell Tv Media unit for the finishing piece to our living room.
And Wow Wow Wow it looks amazing, a stunning piece of furniture hand made at half the price we had been quoted elsewhere. Amy was very helpful and assisted us with everything that we wanted with this unit. We will definitely be using nestatnumber20 again very soon for our next pieces of bespoke furniture.

I ordered the 10ft Media Unit at the end of October 2024 – a huge piece which is obviously a focal point of any room. When it was delivered in mid Jan 2025 I was surprised and disappointed to see that there were 265 holes drilled into the unit to adjust the 7 included shelves. The overall effect of this was horrible - making the top part of the unit look like it was from Ikea, not custom made. I don’t know why anyone would ruin a bespoke piece of furniture by drilling so many holes into it. None of the images on the website showed these excessive holes and when questioned about it I was told that all the media units are made this way and that I just couldn’t see the holes on the website images. I do not have sight problems and I asked multiple people if they could spot these and the answer was always no. The business owner Amy also directed me to one line in her FAQs which, under the title “Inside our cupboards and drawers” it stated “all our shelves are adjustable”. Apparently, this should have been sufficient for me to know that the furniture would be punched with hundreds of holes even though these were neither in cupboards nor drawers but on very open and visible shelving. As a solution Amy eventually arranged to take the top part back to fill the holes, something I did appreciate and give credit for. However, there was a considerable delay and the unit was not redelivered until the end of March, by which time I had been waiting 5 months for it and was clearly not a priority - To add some insult to injury, I was charged £85 for one additional shelf I requested to fill a sizeable gap above the TV and I was told I had cost her business a "small fortune" to fix an issue not caused by me. While the unit now looks much better from a distance, the top part doesn’t sit flush on the bottom base, the shelves all wobble due to slight misalignment (despite the shelf pegs being firmly in place) and both sets of cupboard doors are misaligned. While I'm satisfied with the overall look of the unit now, it’s certainly not the quality or finish I would have expected from a bespoke build and I wouldn't order again. I’m also surprised to see that Amy hasn’t sufficiently updated the website description to inform customers of the holes drilled into this unit and to stop anyone else potentially being disappointed by this.

We purchased a bespoke TV unit from Nest. The piece is exactly what I had in mind for the room and the build quality is excellent. I was quoted some crazy prices for a built in media wall and this one was just a fraction of these quoted prices, yet we do not feel like we have had to compromise on quality. As we specced our unit it is floor to ceiling giving the ‘built in’ effect and the bonus is that we could take it with us if we ever move. The unit took about 4 months to hand make but it has been well worth the wait. Thank you Amy and team.
