Not sure how to rate company yet BUT…

Not sure how to rate company yet BUT would like to raise awareness about the lovely Bridgeview apartments that are being built around Edinburgh. The energy source for these apartments is gas. I am wondering why the company isn't installing heat pumps including ground source, solar panels, or another electrical system in the original plans. I am aware that the policy for building electric only energy source flats doesn't legally apply until 2024/2025 but surely they should start rolling the change out now.
If these apartments are to be sold after 2035, the gas system must be changed for an electric system.
Bridgeview Apartments and Nest Marketing are heavily affiliated with each other.
