Mike was responsive & immediately replied to my email when I experienced difficulty using the automated telephone booking system- excellent service in this respect. Great time keeping- arrived exactly on time for the booked appointment. Quickly diagnosed the issue with my Nest/Heatlink. Completed installation of new Tado system in one hour & in one visit for great price with fitting & parts of £250. Excellent service- highly recommended.

Mike was brilliant. After being let down by another tradesman I booked in for a Tado X installation. The booking was very straightforward, I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days, 24 hours before I was given a small window of when Mike would arrive. In the end he was perfectly on time and I was all set up within about 20 minutes. Would highly recommend

Installation of a wireless Tado Thermostat on an existing boiler with no existing thermostat. Straight forward and no nonsense fixed price service.
Contacted them on Saturday, thermostat was installed on Monday.

It’s definitely worth getting a professional in to get this done. You don’t want to be messing with wiring in your boiler. Completely worth the investment.

Mike was an excellent professional — attentive, punctual, and genuinely committed to delivering a great service. He visited me on two occasions due to a faulty Tado product, and went above and beyond by liaising directly with Tado support to explain the issue and ensure a replacement was issued. His communication and technical skills were spot on. I would certainly recommend Mike to anyone needing smart heating installation and will be using him again in the future.
