Wrong item was sent it, was not what I ordered and I've already contacted you and I'm waiting on how to get this back to you and my order being sent to me. I ordered scissors and they sent me 7 inch pliers.

First-Time Buyer
I was excited to buy bulk gloves and wipes, but unfortunately, I didn't realize the credit card I used was maxed out. I did reach out to the staff about my situation and to cancel the orders. The staff was prompt and very helpful. One of my orders were cancelled, but the other one was too late to cancel. They were honest about that and told me I could refuse the package delivery. I decided to borrow money and keep that one package. Going through this, I feel this company is very reliable. Will definitely buy more from this site again!

Originally the product that we received was from a different company than what we had ordered. After notifying Net32 of the discrepancy, that got right on it, with excellent communication, they were able to rectify the situation to everyone's satisfaction. They provide good value on their products and will continue to use them in the future. I had left a less than flattering review earlier(due to my impatience) before all the facts were in. Bottom line ,they have prices hard to beat and their customer service fantastic.
