Excellent on Line support …

I have had a Netatmo weather station for 6 years and always be satisfied with the help I get when I have a pb. This last experience confirms my full satisfaction of their service and on line support

Unreliable Outside Thermometer

Excellent system, especially ability to share data nationally. However disappointed at failure of Outside Thermometer eating up batteries only after a few weeks.
Netatmo diagnosed item as defective (Ticket 3306921 -Kelly “.. defective, non-repairable and no longer covered by warranty” so begrudgingly prepared to purchase a replacement as they won’t voluntary replace their faulty item, but I am not prepared to pay he ridiculous £20 postal charge which they haven’t even offered to waive for goodwill.
Obviously a design fault as also experience reported by many other customers.
Thus Customer Support and sympathy disappointing.

Love the Many Sensors, Responsive Support

I use Netatmo for local inside and outside temperatures to determine when to open and close the house windows. More importantly, it alerts me when the house alarm sounds off.
Recently I lost Google Assistance connection but Google/Netatmo remedied it within 24 hours.

Netatmo Thermostat

I have been using the Netatmo thermostat that is wirelessly connected to my gas boiler. It is now broken and I need a replacement. I have spent quite a bit of time on their website looking for a replacement but i can find or understand what is needed. There are no contact details on their website - they obviously don't want to communicate with their customers. So I will have to buy a new system to control my boiler.

Great Helpdesk!

Always a great customer experience and very fast reply when having a problem. You feel that Netatmo is taking the customer serious and always try to resolve your problem as fast as possible.

professional service

Hi Netatmo

I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with the support I’ve received regarding my outdoor camera issue.

Since I first reported the problem, the camera has been working fine – the real issue has been the way my case was handled. Rather than focusing on resolving the issue or providing a proper follow-up, the conversation has centered around the presence or absence of an SD card, even though I had already clarified that the SD card functionality had been disabled from the beginning. My setup is based entirely on cloud storage.

What I was hoping for was not a technical lesson or a back-and-forth debate, but a simple and helpful follow-up on what caused the original issue – and confirmation that everything was resolved.

Instead, I’ve been met with responses that feel more argumentative than supportive, which unfortunately has left me feeling ignored rather than helped.

I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously, not as a complaint for the sake of complaining, but as a suggestion to improve the experience for customers like myself who rely on your products and expect helpful, professional service.

Please know that the only priority for our support team is to help you quickly so that you can fully enjoy your product. If you have been asked questions or to perform some tests, it is because these steps have helped other customers in the same situation. 

As explained by our Customer Support, a working SD card is mandatory, as the Outdoor Cameras do not work without it.
Should the product prove to be defective, we will of course help you organise a replacement under warranty.

Successful Return

I had a terrible time with FedEx. The return got stuck in Customs for over a month. I phoned FedEx many times. Each time they sent an email indicating everything was fine but, the return was not getting delivered. I contacted Netatmo and Solene started enquiring. The return was found. Netatmo refunded my credit card.

Very helpful…

Very helpful….
I received emails (replies) with information about the procedure, and again after receiving a payment request via PayPal, with the documentation required, instructions of what and how to send (including a video), and the address details.
I am now waiting to hear from them to confirm receipt of my thermostat and when I can expect to receive it back

Netatmo outdoor camera unreliable

I have been using Netatmo outdoor cameras for about five years. The service used to be fantastic, but this year things have deteriorated badly. I use two cameras on one house and three cameras on a second property. Regularly it is impossible to playback video – not from one property, but both go down together. These properties are set up as two separate Netatmo accounts and there is not an issue with wi-fi signals. Basically the Netatmo software/servers are becoming unusable. If you are thinking of buying then I suggest you think again.

I had problems with batterie…

I had problems with batterie insufficiency alerts coming from multiple smart thermostats.
Netatmo reacted promptly by Mail offering to send newly designed battery cover plates without any charges which I received recently.
