The Art of Professional Apology

This was a well spent 30 minutes! Great content that I was able to use within a day with a colleague, so thank you.

I realize I can view the recording but I would like to access the slide deck if possible. If not, I understand.

Anyway, thank you again for this great resource! - Rick

interesting presentation

Thank you for putting on this net-presentation. The speaker was interesting and I think the topic is important. Talented contributors are at risk of harming their careers by not being able to apologize and this provides perspective for why it matters to both the individual and to the business.

Art of Professional Apology

I thought the webinar was great. It was very direct and to the point in a short period of time. I thought the information was helpful for managers and regular employees alike.

OK introduction to AngularJS

Instructor seemed to be educated on AngularJS and provided an adequate introduction. I would have liked to see his presentation flow a little more smoothly. There was too much emphasis placed on reviewing previous slides and not enough exploration into functionality of the framework. It would have been a nice touch to embed the links to his example files in his presentation and to provide an AJAX example with an existing database, JSON resource, or XML file.

Free webinar on Adobe Photoshop Advanced Masking was excellent!

I have not paid for any classes with NetCom, but their free webinars have been excellent. I am self-taught Adobe and knew nothing about Masking going into this webinar. The presenter quickly covered the basics, using real world examples, then covered the advanced procedural method with easy step-by-step directions.

Great presentation!

I really enjoyed the presentation. The hour seemed to go too quickly. I also liked that one could type in a question to ask and have it answered at the end of the webinar.

Good Presentation with some sound distortion

Good presentation but had some difficulty in hearing all that was being shared . . . sound was a little fuzzy but I was to follow along with Speaker. i picked up some new tips and liked the 'Auto Sum' shortcut.

Having the 'Basic Shortcuts in Excel,' snapshot will help me to try out new shortcuts.

Interesting but flawed presentation

I thought the walkthrough of installing VCSA 6 was interesting, but felt it could have gone a little farther. The presenter seemed to blow off part of the presentation due to the problems with disk space. Also, it was clear he did not have a script to follow so it seemed disjointed and missing pieces. Being unprepared really took away from the flow of the presentation.

Executive Webinar: Influence in the Workplace

The slides are not worth anything. A questioner had to ask the speaker to repeat what are the 10 positive techniques.

The agenda says learn 5 things how to gain influence. I counted 4 things. Again, I am saying that there were no slide to list the 5 things.

Please do not use different words to mean the same thing. Pne of the 10 techniques is logical persuasion. But there was a slide that said rationale persuason. I think there was a typo, meant to be rational, not rationale. I guess both forms of persuasion mean the same thing, but it was not clear.
