The most VFM VPS provider I've used. Only downside is their support is literally non-existing, even for the simplest things (like changing your billing info) so keep that in mind.

Consistent, well managed, cost efficient

In a world where everyone is trying to nickle and dime you, netcup stand out above the crowd. Have been a customer since Sept and haven't had a single problem with my root server, or any of my domains. Would absolutely recommend!

Dear netcup Support Team,
I am writing regarding my VPS
Product: v2202510307478392481 – VPS 6000 G11 iv hourly-based
Abuse ticket reference: OP# 1199420
We have already:
Responded to the abuse notification via the Customer Control Panel (CCP) , Also in requested 2 hours maintenance/rescue window we have took action
1.Removed the reported phishing content and cleaned all malicious files from the VPS.
2.Implemented security measures to prevent such incidents in the future (including software updates, password changes, and a review of all hosted content).
3.Confirmed that there will be no further violations of your terms of service and that all harmful data has been deleted.
However, our server remains deactivated and we have not received any feedback or confirmation from the abuse department for more than 24 hours. If we don't receive reply , we cannot also type or send any response.
This downtime is causing significant damage to our business, as our main website and services are currently unavailable.
I kindly request:
A prompt review of our abuse response and security measures.
Immediate reactivation of our VPS, or at least a clear status update and timeline.
If any information is missing from our abuse response, please let us know exactly what is required so we can provide it without further delay.
We take this incident very seriously and fully respect your abuse policies. Please treat this matter as urgent due to the ongoing financial and reputational impact on our business.Thank you in advance for your quick assistance.

Kindly no one is replying to our us . This is very crucial. We know general department don't manages abuses . But we don't have any other way to contact you except making a ticket to general department. if my problem solved today then i reemoved my reviews and may be i upgraded my opinon,

Outdated business practices

You will request one month of service (to try things out) and they will keep charging you (even though there's no method on payment available) until manual cancellation.

The whole process, from beginning to end, is cumbersome.

Netcup is a great company.
1 year with them, and very happy. What's the best?
The prices stay as they were in the beginning. No place for "wow, so expens to renew."
Plus, you never renew the domain.
