These people are money mongers
These people are money mongers. They didn't return my money although I let them know that I was abused in hospitals and I wasn't in the right frame of mind to book my ticket and didn't return or change my ticket when requested. If I could I wouldn't give them any stars at all.
Also they prioritise people travelling in cars and other vehicles which delays other passengers.
