I received a note at about 13;00 that the gift was out for delivery but it was only delivered at 18.33!!! It was probably wilted and melted by then - useless service - utterly irritating

I placed the order yesterday afternoon and expected the gift to be delivered at a reasonable hour. And it was my wife's birthday and gift would of been a better surprise if it arrived sooner. Not a very happy client at this point.

Netflorist service has detoriorated so badly. They no longer send the "birdie" message in order to alert the receiver that they have a parcel on the way. Deliveries are done at night without any prior notification to the receiver. Finally when the packing arrived, two days after the order was place, the roses were old. Very dissappointing for the price we pay.

Shocking. My wife's 50th is tomorrow. They could not gaurentee delivery before midday tomorrow, so I moved it to today.

Hassel free, simple and straightforward ordering process, many options to choose from incase not finding what you had in mind. I like the fact that you get informed when delivery has been completed. Even better one can get discounted price, which is an additional benefit considering the state of our economy.

Was a regular costumer of netflorist for a number of years. But seems they’re either incapable or unable to keep up with the market. Most of the times now they don’t have anything available for Valentine’s Day (or their options severely limited) and the same when it comes to Mother’s Day. You’d think being a big company they’d understand the full concept of supply and demand but seems not being able to catch up. Have taken my money to bloomable now for the past 4 times.
They had so much potential and are completely wasting it.
