Netfly TV is A Bad IPTV Provider - Avoid

A friend recommended Netfly tv in 2024. I purchased 1 subscription. It worked ok for the first two weeks, then it started buffering.

It would play ok for 3 or 4 days at a time then it would buffer again. Each time getting worse, where it would freeze for a while, play then freeze.

This is what happens when it buffers.

I've spent more time sending emails to support than watching live tv.

The person in customer service is not very helpful, and all that gets done is a change of url.

They would just send me from one bad url to another bad url, which had the same buffering problems.

6 months in to the service, things didn't improve.

I believed they would fix the problem, because I had sent so many emails about the iptv not working.

Channels started to disappear, many channels just wouldn't play, then there was complete loss of service on multiple occasions.

More emails sent, but still no resolution to the growing pronlems.

At month 10 there was a slight improvement for about 4 or 5 weeks without any buffering.

At month 12 there was a lot of buffering. I wasn't going to renew the subscription because it was to unstable.

When the subscription ended I didn't renew, but they sent me an email to advise they had improved the server and there would be no more buffering. (That was a lie)

I was offered a discount for two subscriptions so I took the offer.

I really wished I didn't.

The service was bad in the first year. In the second year it was even worse.

I was sending emails every few days over the following 9 months.

I must have sent over 170 emails about the service not working.

There response was, "the problem is not on our side". The problem is on yoir end"

The other thing they would say often is. "Let me check, or I'll check wirh tech".

They never fixed the problems other than changing the url, which had the same problems as the previous url.

I'd made calls to my broadband provider 5 times in 9 months thinking it could be the broadband, but it wasn't.

I use fibre broadband with 1gb download speed.

I get 950mb on average of download speeds, which is more than enough not to cause buffering.

My router has been changed twice, along with the tower being changed twice.

There has never been a problem with my broadband, despite Netfly saying the problem is at my end.

The media app I used for the iptv service works fine. That never had any problems.

Other streaming services from different providers work fine with zero buffering.

Only Netfly had problems with missing channels, buffering and complete loss of service.

In the second year, a week never went past without the iptv service buffering, loss of service and missing live tv channels.

Everytime I sent them an email with screenshots of the error message, they would just reply with, your service is working fine, or the problem is your end.

They never took responsibilty for the poor service, and they never fixed the problems with buffering, or missing channels in almost 2 years of using their services.

Both subscriptions expire in June 2026, and guess what?

As of April 2026, there's a complete loss of service.

I've sent emails but they don't respond.

My advice to you, if you are thinking of using Netfly, don't give them your money.

You will have continuous problems for the entire time of your subscription.

The person that deals with customer services is very unprofessional.

I've given you a good heads ups in advance.

Find another iptv supplier. Netfly do NOT deserve your money.

They provide a terrible iptv service that is not fit for purpose, and is best avoided.

Ripped off

Don't waste your money, they used to be fine but took money for a sub and I have no sub. Now ignoring emails. Obviously been shut down but now ripping people off.

BEST IPTV

Most of channels do run seamlessly without any buffer and video quality is awesome. It is one of the best IPTV service in market

Excellent service

Now into my third year with Netfly TV, my experiences with them have been nothing but positive. Any issue I have had with the service has always been dealt with fast and professionally, I highly recommend them.

I frequently can't receive the signal

I frequently can't receive the signal, and when I contact them, they can't resolve the issue. Their customer service is terrible, wasting my entire afternoon. The reception problem still hasn't been solved, even though I just renewed my subscription. What kind of fraudulent company is this? I absolutely do not trust them

In November I paid for SIX Months…

In November I paid for SIX Months subscription every thing was working OK until February was unable to get any program with 3 months to go after trying to login again nothing happened,but I was able to take out a1 Month subscription payments was taken out of my account Still Unable to get any program,

Customer service is very bad,they…

Customer service is very bad,they respond to emails a week later.
They can't solve the problem and I've been without service for 3 weeks. Now they're completely ignoring me and not even replying to my emails.
Very unprofessional.
There are much better iptv services with very good customer service

No longer works in UK

No longer works in UK. Cloud flare error!

Not sure if a VPN would help, but I've never used one as I've always purchased the built in one via their packages.

Don't waste your money!
