Very reasonable prices for quality lingerie. Delivery was a bit long but was told 2 weeks when I ordered so expected it and was kept informed. I would definitely recommend.

On December 21, I ordered a bra from Netlingerie for the first time. I have contacted Netlingerie by email at least 10 times about the bra that has still not been delivered. Netlingerie makes it my problem, even though I have met all the conditions of ordering, paying and calling about delivery. To this moment (17/1/24) I still don't have a bra and they haven't refunded my money that I finally asked for. I would say: think twice before ordering anything from this company!

Thank you for your order on 21/12 2023. Due to holidays around Christmas your order was dispatched from our warehouse on 27/12 2023. According to tracking, it was supposed to be delivered on 30/12, but the parcel shop lost your package. As a result, we sent a new one to you on 08/01 2024. This package was returned to us on 16/01, and we will make sure to make the refund today.
I sincerely apologize that "everything" seems to have gone wrong with the shipment of your order. Fortunately, this is not our usual standard, and we hope to assist you much better another time!
