Cheaper and better equivalent of a Bosch garden tool we had previously had

The sale and delivery was fast, brought the 25L dehumidifier back in 22 Nov 2024, the touch control break down on 10 May 2025. Less than 6 months old. The support and after care was poor, waiting for repair/replacement until 2 July 2025. They delivery a 20L version 'like new' as the broken one cannot be fixed. Waiting for nearly 2 months for a wrong replacement (which had broken plastic inside and filter is missing!). Sadly I had recommended this brand to other people which I should not have done. I would not recommend this brand. This is a very bad experience for me. Hope others will not face the same.

Excellent service from NETTA. The NETTA 7.2v Cordless 2in1trimmer is first class. Wish i had bought one years ago. Battery life is excellent and the cutters get through the new growth easily.

From ordering to receiving very good no problems.
Was pleased with how light the hedge trimmer was, my only fault with it both is that it’s not so powerful when connected to the pole, but as long as it’s just a surfs cut then it does the job fine, but it does have more power off the pole ! Still if you want light weight and just to cut surface branches and hedge then it good and last quite awhile depending on how much there is to cut.

Ordered a hedge trimmer, but they sent me a completely different product — a lawn mower, even though I don’t even have lawn. At first, the seller expected me to pay for the return, even though it was entirely their mistake. After I pushed back, they eventually sent a prepaid return label, but no official return with tracking was registered in the Amazon system. They said a courier would collect it, but nobody showed up. In the end, I had to waste my own time driving to the post office and queuing just to fix their error. The seller said that I will get my refund once the item arrives back but now it looks like the Royal Mail has apparently lost the parcel, and I’m left stressed, chasing a refund for something that was never my fault in the first place. In this case, the experience was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Avoid this company.
