The team went above and beyond to assist with an urgent order for Saturday delivery (Pete even provided the tracking number after hours) That's what I call a great service, I'm looking forward to working with NetThreat in the future. Communication was great from the first message and they responded quickly. I highly recommend NetThreat. Give them a try I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

We've been using NetThreat for many years now, mainly to supply and look after our firewalls and wireless access points, but they offer so much more. It is rare in this day and age to find an IT business that genuinely puts the customer experience above all else.

From the account management team who check in with me from time to time but never try to force anything on me, to the technical team who know everything there is to know about not just our firewalls, but enterprise security in general - I really can't fault them.

One of the best experiences I have had with an IT product supplier. When a courier misplaced our delivery, the team at NetThread went above and beyond—arranging for a staff member to drive two and a half hours to collect the required items from another branch and deliver them directly to our premises, rather than let us down. The technical support was second to none, and the team also assisted us in resolving several issues that were not strictly within their remit. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I will certainly be returning.

We asked NetThreat for their advice concerning the supply of a suitable new security appliance for our ever-growing network, and they were extremely helpful and worked with us to find the right unit for us, not the most expensive one. The pricing worked for us too.

The order was despatched quickly. When supplied with the migrated configuration from the old unit, the new unit worked perfectly first time as a drop-in replacement. No hassle, no fuss, job done.
