Great buying experience the salesman Paul was very helpful providing information and printouts etc. Was really patient and didn't rush us in choosing our new suite. They were recommended to us and we will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I had an excellent experience buying a bed from Nettletons. The range of beds and mattresses was very impressive, with lots of options covering different comfort levels, styles, and price points, so there was plenty of choice without it feeling overwhelming.

Danny was especially helpful throughout the process. His knowledge was outstanding — he took the time to really understand what I was looking for and clearly explained the differences between the mattresses, including support, materials, and long-term comfort. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, just honest advice, which I really appreciated.

The overall service was friendly, professional, and relaxed. Everything from choosing the bed to arranging delivery was handled smoothly and efficiently, which made the whole experience stress-free.
The prices were very competitive for the quality on offer, and it felt like good value rather than a sales pitch. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nettletons, and Danny in particular, to anyone looking for a new bed.

Having read the excellent reviews about this company we decided to visit yesterday. Andy was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He left us to browse which was exactly what we wanted and when he saw we needed some help, came to assist. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We would highly recommend this fabulous company and the service provided.

The best customer service we have experienced. We cannot thank the manager Paul T and Danny of Nettletons for their excellent customer service. Our Hypnos bed base developed a fault within the the guarantee period and Nettletons dealt with this most efficiently and kept us informed at all times. We have been offered a replacement.

Having visited Nettleton's recently on several occasions, it was very reassuring to note that we received the same excellent service previously. All the sales personnel that we came into contact with (especially this time Julie and Danny) were extremely friendly, thorough,helpful and professional, with nothing being too much trouble, ensuring everything was sorted to satisfaction. Browsing at Nettletons was a positive experience. Highly recommended if you don't enjoy the pushy sales techniques in national chains. I was able to take my time making my choice and received excellent service from Danny. Delivery was earlier than anticipated, performed efficiently and courteously.

Visited the bed department to purchase a new divan bed. Previously had bought beds from the store, all of which we were very pleased with. Danny was very helpful,knowledgeable and did not pressure us at all.
He gave us a lot of information relating to how to care for the new bed.
All in all a pleasant experience.

we have bought furniture from Nettletons before, we were looking for an adjustable bed for my wife who has COPD. Met by Danny who was knowledgeable, explained how every thing worked how to look after the bed and mattress then left us to play with the controls, helped us sort a headboard and colour. W T Nettletons have always offered a great service so was keen to see if they could assist with a chair to suit my needs. They could and did and Symone's help was invaluable in trying the Celebrity chair for height and convenience. I spent quite some time and she was very patient. Excellent as per previous experience.

They have a great range of suites available with budgets to suit everyone , we were left to browse at leisure and offered a hot drink or a glass of Prosecco whilst we made our choice. Symone was really helpful when it came to picking coverings and placing an order. The whole buying process was pleasant and smooth.

Having had furniture and sofas off Nettletons previously, we had no hesitation returning for our new sofa. Symone was extremely helpful and kept us informed throughout of delivery dates etc. She answered all of our questions without hesitation and showed what good customer service is. The two guys who delivered our suite were also very polite and professional- what a great team!We highly recommend this store to anyone.

knowledge was vast and she immediately picked up on what I required all the staff were friendly but not pushy it was busy but symone was very swift and helped me with my choice

We have been looking for a new sofa and wanting to make the right decision we took our time. We visited Nettletons about four times in the last week and we're helped by Paul who was extremely patient, no hard sell in this store and no pressure just genuine people who want to help and provide straight forward information. We finally decided on our purchase today and once again Paul was there to help ever patient and professional. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this store and Paul.

We visited Nettletons looking for a settee and bedside cabinets. We bought a lovely 2 seater recliner with Julie’s help, she was very informative and helpful, we went over to the bedroom store across the road to see Danny and bought x2 bedside cabinets with a book for the matching wardrobe which had the measurements in. We received emails regarding the product and delivery. All in all a very good experience from start to finish we felt we were not pushed into buying anything unlike other pushy companies, we would recommend buying from Nettletons it was a good experience.

My experience today at Nettletons when purchasing my furniture was excellent. Customer service given by Symone was second to none .I would highly recommend Nettletons to anyone

Excellent service just before Christmas by Andy at their bed and mattress store in Horbury. My wife had been struggling to find the right mattress and Andy understood her requirements quickly and showed her a number of mattresses. We found one we were happy with and ordered there and then. Andy also reminded us about some loyalty vouchers we had and discounted the product for us. He also gave clear communication on the order process and kept us up to date on next steps. Excellent service
