The information given shortly after the purchase order, including a order confirmation leaves the impression the goods are going to be shipped shortly after, which is definitely not the case!
Then, contacting Nettoparts is not possible by phone! Most likely because of such strange behaviour.
One can contact them only via Chat, which is also weird! At least their worker "Adam" needs some polishing on "customer service". His behavior is not at its best.
Their forwarding partner "Bring" is another disaster. No service whatsoever, and seems not to work from Friday afternoon until Monday morning. Any "donkey" would transport the items faster!
Parts arrived than more than a week later. That the thing.
I ordered a product on Sunday and immediately emailed customer service to cancel the order. Somehow they claimed it was already shipped from their warehouse and refused to cancel it.
It’s honestly hard to believe an order can be processed and shipped that fast, especially on a Sunday. Instead of helping, they just told me I have to return it or leave it uncollected.
Very disappointing customer service and no flexibility at all. I won’t be ordering again.
The process from choosing the parts to payment was quite smooth. The communication was well done as it gave enough updates and delivery schedule.

The part doesn’t fit but Nettoparts says it should correct! So they offer me that I return the parts in my own expense. The return cost is 19,90€ for 17€ part so it doesn’t make any sense to return the part. Clearly there’s error in part catalog but whose fault is that? I guess that’s my fault according to Nettoparts.
Easy to use website. Easy to find parts and the links to YouTube videos for installation are a great help too . Prices are good and parts are well packed when delivered. Will use again !
wanted to buy fridge shelf, contacted the company to double check that I was purchasing the correct product. they confirmed it was correct. It arrived and did not fit. Nettoparts fobs me off and refuses to pay for the return shipping cost. Have lodged complaint with consumer ombudsman.
Ordered a fridge part. It arrived within the defined time, well packed and secured.
Great selection of oven parts and it was easy to find what I needed based on the part number. Good communication and quick shipping. Highly recommended!
I tried to order new carbon filters from here. I confirmed the compatibility but still the ones they sent were wrong ones. When I complained they didn’t even apologize. Just gave me a correct product to order. I then asked how do I return the wrong ones. They gave me instructions. Time went by and I didn’t hear from them. I sent them email asking when are the new filters coming. They answered that they don’t have the right ones and they never sent anything. It’s been 3 months to solve this. Every single email has been a torture because their ticket system is so bad that it doesn’t chain the conversations. SAVE YOUR TIME AND EFFORTS and do not buy from here. The worst customer service I have had in years!
