A Review for Eduardo Claus
Eduardo was very efficient in handling everything that was needed to start the process in helping with the loan department to complete the refinancing of my loan. I’m glad to have worked with such a self oriented person who would put out the fires before they started. The majority of time, when I would call, he would call back within minutes, if not within an hour or two with an explanation of why he didn’t call back sooner. It was just so easy speaking with him because he has a very approachable personality. Because of the past and present quality of service I have received from Network Capital, I have and will always give referrals!

My Positive refinance experience with Network Capital
What made this refinance so interesting and amazing for my wife and I both retired and 68 and 78 years young was the walking through holding our hands explaining step by step over the phone available 24/7 if we had any questions. Our loan officer and our loan originator was Dylan Sorce in the Irvine office location. Dylan showed us so much and micro managed our situation as if it was his own. He made sure we got what we asked for in simple terms. We know as a loan closes there are many factors that can change numbers at the end but the number changes are small in the big picture. Refinances do require both the lender and buyer to negotiate and come to middle ground. It cannot be one sided or a refinance won't happen. Dylan showed us how both of us can save so much more each month even though our old mortgage was at ,5.25%
Our new one at 5.75% is saving us over $1,200 each month. And he got us a back up savings with our equity. We are grateful to Dylan and his team for their work to help us live more comfortably in our retirement. Thank you. Michael Bonnel and Sheila McMillen -- married homeowners.
